The hotel room has everything we needed! Well stocked and supplied! Very clean and comfortable. The bed was tad bit firm for my preference but it appears to be a thing around the hotels here in Thailand. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice! The location is perfect! Bit hidden. I asked the staff to send me a pic of the hotel prior to arrival and it helped! All in all, we’re happy with the hotel. Definitely will recommend to others and come back!

Excellent location close to public transit, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfortable and so spacious, with a couch, balcony, desk (one regular, one murphy), and bathroom with wet-dry separation. Staff were helpful and always available. I appreciated the lobby, vending machines, and laundry machine/dryer, as well.

Lovely little hotel. Its slightly off to beaten track but quite safe. Very close to the Asok Station which is an interchange between two fast railway stations which give access to most of the city quite easily. Rooms are simple and slightly understated but have good aircon, nice shower and a safe. No real facilities at the hotel but has good wifi and staff very friendly. For breakfast I would suggest going up to the top of Terminal 21 shopping centre where there are lots of good and cheap places to eat.

It was very clean and central giving you access to many different places and right next to the metro. Rooms were clean and big.

The reception is closed at night and there is no one in case you have an emergency. Could be improved.

Location is just perfect! Absolutely triple A: metro, skytrain, mall, things on walking distance. The rooms are big and clean. Nice big closet! There is no restaurant but a vending machine for things you need. Water is complementary

Not all staff speak English well but we managed. Room could’ve been cleaned once more, but nothing too bad (every other day).

What I liked? 1. Spot clean room (beds, mirrors, bathroom, towels etc.) 2. Room size is decent, not too large, not too crammed 3. Room décor is minimal, yet thoughtful. I loved the small chairs put up on the walls :-) 4. There is a good café just in front of the hotel (Sweet's escapes), where you can get a decent morning coffee and croissant to go for. 5. Apart from facilities, the staff were considerate and friendly. I had an early morning landing, and reached hotel at 3am in the morning. I informed the staff who said they will stay awake till my check in, and then they will go to sleep. They did. This was a nice gesture, and I was not charge extra for a late night check-in. 6. Second instance of the staff's friendliness - In the morning, i ordered coffee from Grab Food. The delivery guy was not allowed up to my room. The receptionist lady called me to inform of delivery and asked me to come down to collect delivery. I asked her why is food delivery not allowed till room. She said hotel policy, hence not allowed. Some 5 mins later, my Grab Food delivery of breakfast was delivered. the receptionist lady was nice enough to deliver the breakfast herself to my room. (she might have seen me just now coming down to pick up my coffee earlier).

What could be improved? a. A mirror in the bedroom. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, which suffices. One in the bedroom will be nice. b. the bathroom area is very small. Feels like the small shower room you find on overnight trains :-). Not a problem though.

Great location near BTS. Quiet location off the main road. Rooms were great. Vending machines in lobby were reasonably priced.

Very good location. Room has big refrigerator. Within 5 minutes walk you reach 2 lines. The blue line has very good connection to airport. Shopping mall "terminal 21" is connected with above-mentioned train station very convenient.

Location was perfect to explore Bangkok as it is 5min walk from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Close to Terminal 21 and Korean town and just 2 stations MRT from Jodds Fair/G tower
