- The location is excellent, very close to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT (just around 100-200 meters). I have a conference at Queen Sirikit National Conference Center and it is walkable distance to there and close to the park. - The decoration and the style of hotel is very beautiful. - The Abandoned Mansion bar at the hotel is really nice, good cocktails and live music. - The staffs are friendly.

- The space in the room is quite small. I put and open my luggage then I have litte space to walk. - I don't like the concept of breakfast in the room. I have to wait in the room till breakfast is delivered. I would like to have more flexibilities about the timing and more choices, especially Thai food, for breakfast.

Very convenient location. Short walk to BTS and Terminal 21 is just across the road. Relatively new hotel with all modern amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet room and a team of great staffs.

There should be facility to use credit cards for the deposit payment as many travelers may not have the ready cash during check ins. It is great to have breakfast on the rooftop but only VERY limited seatings available so have to book early.

The room was small but clean and beautiful. There’s a cool bar right under the hotel with good cocktails and the rooftop pool is nice although it only has three sunbeds. Breakfast was very decent with a good range of options, including healthier options and can be served at the rooftop which is nice.

The room is quite small so if you have big luggage it may be challenging to move around. There is no dining area in the hotel which means if you’re having breakfast at the hotel, you have to decide the day before on a piece of paper what you want to eat, whether you want to eat in the room or at the rooftop and what time. We mistook the time on the first day by 15mins and were called 3 times to be told to rush. Not the best way to start your day.

Cant really say i had any issues, only downside was the smell of mouldy carpet each time you walk in elevator, otherwise amazing hotel and service

I recently stayed at The Coach Hotel Sukhumvit for the third time, and I can confidently say it remains a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The hotel is consistently well-maintained and offers a quiet retreat despite being in a vibrant neighborhood. Its location is ideal, conveniently situated next to Terminal 21 and providing easy access to both the BTS and MTR. One of the highlights of this stay was discovering several new quality massage parlors nearby, which added to my overall experience. The combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities makes The Coach Hotel Sukhumvit a top pick for travelers. I highly recommend it!

Great location- restaurants, shops, massage salons are on walking distance, train station is also on walking distance, at the same time it’s not exactly on Main Street, so you won’t hear sound of street or noise . Room itself has interesting design and smells good like it was freshly cleaned

1. Gym and pool area - it’s working, it’s clean , but it’s not in good condition (you won’t be able to take pictures for social media) 2. Towels in room are clean, smell good but stitching is already came off, time to retire them 3. Checking time - I don’t think every guest experienced it but when I checked it at around 4pm, I assume room has to be ready by 2pm because it’s a checking time and I didn’t book a room last minute , I was losing my patience after 24hr of travelling and waiting extra 30minutes for reception staff to reconfirm with cleaning staff that room is actually cleaned and ready for guest. How long checking process can actually take if it was paid in advance, just to check documents and sign couple of documents?

I love the location of this place - down a quiet alley a few minutes walk to skytrain, metro, shops, restaurants, my favourite park - perfect! Cute style throughout, and nice rooftop pool and gym. I also liked being able to pre-order breakfast to be delivered to my room - makes the mornings more flexible.

The only thing that annoyed me was the "smart" TV, which kept crashing, but not a big deal. Some things (air con, and sometimes lighting) could also be a bit noisy. I also wish I had upgraded to a larger room, as the standard rooms are lovely, but on the smaller side, and I was there for almost a week. But none of these things are deal breakers.

Love the location, being walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and also to the Asoke station. Plenty of eating options. The basement bar is quite unique and very lively.

This hotel is only a few years old, you can tell the hotel is new but it can be cleaned and maintained better.

Overall, I liked everything :) The location is great, different breakfast choices every day, nice staff who helped with all my questions. Special thanks to Ammy. I especially liked that breakfast is delivered directly to the room at the time you wish each day. Everything worked in the bathroom, personal hygiene products were changed every day. The pool seemed a bit smaller than in the photo, but I still liked it, there were almost no people there.

There were some minor unpleasant moments. For example, when we just checked in and came to the room, there was some white powder on the bed, we didn’t understand what it was, we just shook it off. Breakfast is brought in a special film on top, because if you leave it on the table for a long time, small ants will run to it. But maybe this is a common situation with insects in Thailand. And we didn’t quite figure out how to use the air conditioner, but I think we could just have asked the staff.
