- The location is excellent, very close to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT (just around 100-200 meters). I have a conference at Queen Sirikit National Conference Center and it is walkable distance to there and close to the park. - The decoration and the style of hotel is very beautiful. - The Abandoned Mansion bar at the hotel is really nice, good cocktails and live music. - The staffs are friendly.

- The space in the room is quite small. I put and open my luggage then I have litte space to walk. - I don't like the concept of breakfast in the room. I have to wait in the room till breakfast is delivered. I would like to have more flexibilities about the timing and more choices, especially Thai food, for breakfast.

Very convenient location. Short walk to BTS and Terminal 21 is just across the road. Relatively new hotel with all modern amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet room and a team of great staffs.

There should be facility to use credit cards for the deposit payment as many travelers may not have the ready cash during check ins. It is great to have breakfast on the rooftop but only VERY limited seatings available so have to book early.

The room was small but clean and beautiful. There’s a cool bar right under the hotel with good cocktails and the rooftop pool is nice although it only has three sunbeds. Breakfast was very decent with a good range of options, including healthier options and can be served at the rooftop which is nice.

The room is quite small so if you have big luggage it may be challenging to move around. There is no dining area in the hotel which means if you’re having breakfast at the hotel, you have to decide the day before on a piece of paper what you want to eat, whether you want to eat in the room or at the rooftop and what time. We mistook the time on the first day by 15mins and were called 3 times to be told to rush. Not the best way to start your day.

I love the location of this place - down a quiet alley a few minutes walk to skytrain, metro, shops, restaurants, my favourite park - perfect! Cute style throughout, and nice rooftop pool and gym. I also liked being able to pre-order breakfast to be delivered to my room - makes the mornings more flexible.

The only thing that annoyed me was the "smart" TV, which kept crashing, but not a big deal. Some things (air con, and sometimes lighting) could also be a bit noisy. I also wish I had upgraded to a larger room, as the standard rooms are lovely, but on the smaller side, and I was there for almost a week. But none of these things are deal breakers.

Cant really say i had any issues, only downside was the smell of mouldy carpet each time you walk in elevator, otherwise amazing hotel and service

Love the location, being walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and also to the Asoke station. Plenty of eating options. The basement bar is quite unique and very lively.

This hotel is only a few years old, you can tell the hotel is new but it can be cleaned and maintained better.

We went for a day trip and had to depart early in the morning so we couldn't have breakfast in the room. Our breakfast were packed beautifully with everything included. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially My & Sa

We were expecting to come to the bar on our last day and enjoy the live music but were told that there was a private function so we couldn't come. I wish we were informed when we first arrived so we could arrange our schedule accordingly to enjoy the live music. Some other minor things like we booked 5 rooms and stayed for 3 nights but a couple of days when our rooms were cleaned up they forgot to replace new towels or the foot mat. One or two of the rooms were not provided tooth brushes and coffee & tea were not always refilled during the stay.

+ The boutique hotel is dark and moody, and has unique decor. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Different lightings were a nice touch. + The rooftop pool/terrace area is beautiful. No buildings block the sun, so suitable for sunbathing. Also, you can order food and drinks to the terrace. + Loved the breakfast concept: you choose what you want the evening before, which is then delivered at a preferred time to your room or the rooftop in the morning. Salmon toast as main was good, additional food options could be improved. + Location wise the hotel is next to BTS line and metro, which is great if you wanna explore different parts of the city. Lots of restaurants, shops and services in the area. The hotel is on a side street, so there is not too much noice from traffic. + The staff are kind. + There is a speakeasy with live music downstairs! However, you should make a reservation if you want to visit on a weekend night.

- The pool area is quite compact, with only few lounge chairs. Didn’t really have a problem with this, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel really is decorated like you are on an old coach! It take you back in time. The attention to detail is beautiful! The room is cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable.

The shower had mound along the skirting. The rooftop had a massive lack of sun beds. There were 3.. There is a lot of space up there that they could utilize and it’s just left empty.
