What an excellent hotel! It is modern, with new amenities, in a great location. It was a small room (Recharge) but perfect for me. It is not your traditional hotel, i.e. with a large hotel lobby and restaurant, etc, but it serves it's purpose, it is a CLEAN COMFORTABLE SAFE place to lay your head. Everything worked well - great shower (with seemingly endless hot water), excellent air conditioning (that you control), a giant TV, strong wi-fi, a super comfortable bed, and a solid door with a key card, deadbolt, and peephole. PLUS they even include basic toiletry articles and complementary water bottles, which was completely unexpected. There is 24hr coffee, tea, and snacks. The location is down a relatively quiet soi (street) right off of Sukhumvit, and just a short walk from the BTS Asok stop (you can basically take the train straight from the airport to the hotel). Other close attractions are the Terminal 21 mall and Soi Cowboy, and Nana Plaza is a comfortable walk away. Plenty of delicious street food, restaurants, and bars abound nearby! And as an added bonus there is a 24hr 7-11 less than a block away. It is now my GO-TO hotel in Bangkok.

I was unfortunately initially greeted by a rude reception clerk (other staff were nice). If you plan on staying for an extended period of time the size of the room may present a problem. Likewise, if more than one person, the room can be pretty tight (there is no sitting area, such as a couch or table and chair - there is only the bed and a small desk right next to it). The shower uses refillable dispensers for the soap and shampoo, and while this may be more cost effective for the hotel, I believe it is less hygienic and allows for tampering. And while not an issue for me, the fridge is tiny (it is wall mounted and can only accommodate a handful of slender items). Finally, while I had the RECHARGE room (with a window), be warned that I believe the SNOOZE room has no window.

I arrived for an early check in and I am a super picky person about the rooms I stay in and always need to check as I was a 7 night stay, the cleaning staff worked extra hard and faster to try to provide me the room I wanted. Thanks Duen, Bam and Kong!! The hotel has a very cosy feeling with a shared kitchen area where you can use a fridge, microwave and sink and best of all the coffee machine which is 24/7 free. I would go down every morning to get my Thai Milk Latte and fill my water bottle to start my day. They have a seating area in the lobby where people can sit and work also. All the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The location is truly unbeatable super close to Terminal 21, 7 eleven just down the street and a huge park which is quite beautiful nearby. The value was very good here.

Awesome Spot in Bangkok – Cozy, Quiet & Super Handy! Loved my stay at Jono Hotel Bangkok! The place is really nice and has a modern, friendly vibe. It’s close to all the main attractions and shopping areas, but still tucked away enough that you don’t have to deal with all the city noise — best of both worlds. Having a 7-Eleven right nearby is super convenient, and Asok BTS is just a short walk, so getting around is really easy. The rooms are comfy and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep (or even a nap during the day if you’ve been exploring!). If you’re traveling with work, this place is spot on — the Wi-Fi is strong, there’s a great co-working space, and you even get free coffee in the lobby all day. Big bonus! Honestly, everything about this hotel made my trip easier and more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Solid 5 stars from me! 🌟

The location was perfect. Close to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Terminal 21 Mall. There was a 7-11 and a 24-hr grocery nearby and amazing street food. I loved the free coffee at the lobby. The room was a perfect size for a solo traveler as I didn’t feel cramped even with all my shopping bags. And the staff were super nice and helpful, and even allowed me early check-in.

The elevator was weird. It doesn’t go up my floor. I was on the second floor but I could only access it through the stairs, which was not ideal when you have heavy luggage.

Jono Bangkok Asok Hotel is ideal since I spend short stays in Bangkok. A special thanks to Meily, currently a trainee, and Jenny, the reception manager, for being so helpful, polite and sweet. Hotel has a small reception but one can relax in the lounge area next to it and even help yourself to tea, coffee etc.. Rooms are modern, adequately sized with ac, tv, small fridge, which I suggest could be a bit bigger, and good sized shower having good pressure. There was a slight problem with the ac but the operations manager, im sorry I don't have your name 🙏, dealt with the problem instantly and the technician resolved the issue in a very short time. Location wise, its just a 5 min walk from Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. You may also find a Seven Eleven just a minute's walk from the hotel. I recommend this hotel especially for short stop overs. I'll be back before I return home 🙏

Fridge is too small and narrow....can do with a mini fridge instead.

5 stars – Felt like home in the heart of Bangkok! I stayed at Jono Bangkok for 3 nights and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place. I was traveling solo, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling – it gave the whole place such a warm and relaxed vibe. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Nana BTS station, yet quiet enough at night for a great sleep. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. I really appreciated the little touches like fast Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and smart room features that made everything easy. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, well taken care of, and totally at ease. I also loved the rooftop area – it’s not huge, but the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day in the city. If you’re looking for a stylish, clean, and friendly hotel in a great location – this is it. I’d definitely stay here again!

I always prefer to stay in the Sukhumvit area. This was suitable for a short stay, clean, efficient, smartly organised. I liked that the wall sockets were cleverly placed close to bed and there were plenty of them. I’m sure lots of people will enjoy that there is free coffee tea at reception, theres even an option for thai milk tea but i didn’t try them so can’t speak for quality

Room too small. Looked nothing like the picture in the listing, mine was kinda drab brown. Wierd policy of having plenty of toiletries like shampoo, conditioning shampoo and lotion but no hand soap! The fridge was a flat a4 on the wall so you can only fit 3 small bottles of water & a chocolate bar 😓, tho there is a shared fridge below in reception. The staff are not the warmest, no one even looks up when u enter… but they’re fine if u actually ask for assistance. About 15 min walk to asok bts which isn’t difficult once you pay attention but I got very lost because I didnt pay attention when I arrived as struggling with luggage. Speaking of which, avoid taking the airport rail here and take taxi instead if you got luggage, you’ll have to roll quite a distance on bumpy roads.

The location and the staff are very friendly. This was my third visit here. Also the bed was very comfy too.

This time I didn’t get any amenities in the room like the previous stay. I’m not too sure if u still provide them with the blue packets that have small quotes on it.

Very nice and comfy bed, very clean, room got cleaned every day. Location ist also superb, very close to metro and sky train.

Room is small but it's exactly like on the photos. I think they don't have too many backpackers, so the staff was not able to give information about busses or trains

The location is accessible to BTS (Asok), 711 is just right around the corner and a lot of restaurants are nearby. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable with a huge TV where you can stream Netflix. The unlimited coffee and cookies is also very good. I recommend staying at the room with a view especially the road side just to have some sort of sunshine. The snooze room are not recommended for claustrophobic but good for those who wants complete privacy, just a bit weird having a full size mirror right by the bedside. I had a comfortable stay that i extended for 4 more nights. Overall, I will recommend this place. I will surely come back when in Bangkok.

No toiletries except shampoo and body wash. Some may find fault that the property is selling weed in the lobby but I don’t mind. It adds character to the property given the name.
