Rooms are really huge. Bigger than my apartment. The hotel is also very clean. Location is one of its strongest points. It is 10 minutes on foot far from Asok BTS station and Soi Cowboy. It is a guest friendly hotel. Thai girlfriend can spend the night in your room.

It is not yet critical, but in next few years this hotel will need some renovation. Furniture looks outdated and slightly worn out. But please take this comment like a minor complaint.

Really nice large room with a view! Cleaned really well each day. Good location with transport links. Fast elevator. Close to lots of food options. The greek restaurant had a nice vibe too although we didn't eat there. Nice view of the park from the pool. Complimentary water, tea, coffee etc every day and the use of washing machine in room.

The pool closing time was a bit early at 6pm so missed the sunset from there. The pool tiles could do with a scrub as they look a bit scummy and it came off on your hands. There was no clothes dryer but I bet if we asked they'd have given us one..

Great views

The only reason I marked it low in cleanliness is we were there for three nights and looked under bed before checking out to make sure we didn’t have anything go under it and there was a dirty used dildo under it. Maybe maid service needs to check under beds more. It was right where they should’ve swept and/or mopped. The property was nice, but I had specifically booked it for pool, which I asked right before checking in if it was working in a message to them and they responded that yes it was. We were hot and ready to go swim after returning the first night and stopped by pool to find it half empty and closed down and a note left under our door said pool was down until June 21, the day we happen to be checking out. Wasn’t happy.

Great hotel, that's why I'm a frequent visitor :) Everything is nice about this hotel, from the expensive look of the lobby right through to the concierge treatment you get when checking in. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Room is modern and absolutely huge. I mean I'm pretty sure you could have a breakdancing battle with your mates and wouldn't hit anything.

Gym is so sad it almost brings you to tears when comparing it to the rest of the facilities. Does nobody like lifting weights that are over 10kg?

The room was huge. Way more space than we needed, but it was nice to spread out. We had a room on the 40th floor and the view was incredible. The floor to ceiling windows gave a wonderful view of the city and the nearby park and let in lots of light. The kitchen was equipped with a full-sized refrigerator with freezer and the bathroom had a separate tub and shower. The hotel staff is really nice and most speak English. There is room service from the restaurant next door, which is convenient. The hotel is in the same parking lot as a 24-hour grocery store and is a relatively short walk to a public transit station.

The TV in the bedroom didn't work well (the sound wasn't clear); the balcony is nice to stand on for a short time, but there is no furniture to sit on out there. The decor is not the most modern, but it's not extremely dated either.

The location is absolutely fantastic, overlooking Benchakitti Park and providing great views all around. Waking up to that every day was a treat! It’s conveniently close to Asok Station and the Exchange, yet away from the hustle and bustle. There are also many excellent eateries nearby that you could walk to. The additional living room was extremely spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. It provided ample space to relax and work if needed. The convenience of having a kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. Given Bangkok’s humidity, we appreciated the option to travel light while being able to change our clothes often.

there are a couple of things that could be improved. There’s no breakfast option, and it would’ve been nice to have a café in the hotel for quick bites or coffee. Also, the air conditioning could use an upgrade—it struggled a bit with Bangkok’s humidity.

The room was super big and nice, with a wonderful city view. Very clean and tidy. The mi location of the hotel is excellent! I highly recommend it!

The pool was only open till 6 pm.

We enjoyed the greeting at the lobby door and the staff taking care of our needs while enjoying our stay. The location was optimal, close to transportation and next to the 24hr Foodland. We enjoyed the Onsen spa next door more than anything, having that option after a long day of adventuring in Bangkok. The best convenience for us was the ability to leave our luggage here while we venture the rest of Thailand for two weeks and to find it here safe upon our return. We decided to stay here at the beginning of our trip and at our very end, making it our home away from home.

We left right before the earthquake and found when we returned after the earthquake there was quite a bit of damage to the building structure. However, they assured us that it had passed an infrastructure inspection with only one lift out of order. The most ineffective and unpopular part of this stay was the spider and roaches we found in the bathroom sink and shower area.

Excellent and very spacious rooms, ours were on the 26th floor and offered a nice view of the skyline. Great staff, attended to any need that arose. Clean rooms, nice location. Conveniently located in walking distance from the Terminal 21 mall, and several local Lebanese restaurants nearby, only one of which we tried because our stay was short. Very nice grocery store next door to the hotel that offers a lot more options than a 7-11. Pool is kinda weird, extends out into a Greek restaurant with only limited poolside seating for non-restaurant diners. I’d stay there again,
