A staff member spoke very rudely and shouted at my 5 year old daughter at the orchid cafe restaurant when she mistakenly touched some food at the buffet. Kids will be kids and your staff need to be trained on how to talk to them. The right thing would have been not to approach my child but come talk to me or my wife if there was an issue. This one person has undone all the good work of your entire staff. It is because of this reason we may not stay here again.

I like how close the hotel is to Asok train station as well as Terminal 21 mall. It's easy to get around with train rather than car due to Bangkok traffic. Therefore the location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is directly connected to the hotel via pedestrian bridge. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly, they are also very helpful in helping us when we ask questions. I expect nothing less of Thai hospitality, kudos to the staffs. The room were big and bed are super comfortable, the bathroom is also spacious. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of cleaning. The food at the hotel are halal and super delicious, I find it worth it that I stayed with the breakfast package. My friend and I even ordered in room dining because the food were good. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa are also accessible easily to hotel guest on the 3rd floor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come again to stay in the future.

Very clean, staff were professional

When i arrived, i had to place a deposit for if i used the minibar. I told them that i wont be using it. But still they insisted. So i gave them 100 USD. They had to convert it to Thai Baht, and told me if you didnt use the minibar, we will give you back the deposit in Thai Baht. I asked if they can return the money in USD they said no. It doesnt make sense. The idea is to keep money with them for if i use the minibar, they will use the money. But if someone doesnt use it, they should give back your deposit in your original currency. So when they gave me the money in Baht, i had to exchange it back to USD and i lost money, because of the exchange rate. It is not fair. It is a 5 star hotel, they should have another way of doing this.

Best location in Bangkok. Peaceful environment. Luxurious environment. Perfectly trained staff, genuinely beautiful. Amazing breakfast. With whatever you could dream for.

The swimming pool staff, especially Sumita, were extremely efficient in getting seats for everyone even when it was crowded, and were always extremely courteous and always wore a smile. The same could be said of the breakfast staff who always managed to find a table or had alternative suggestions when the queues were long. The reception and concierge were a bit hit and miss with regards to helping with banking/cash issues, but I did appreciate their cheery demeanour early in the morning on New Year's Day - not easy! Overall, a top-notch stay. Will definitely return!

couldn't work out the phone - so couldn't use the butler service to get coffee or ring directly to the front office.

buy mistake I book the hotel 21 check in and 22/10/2024 check out , once I notice it I immediately send email , however its bounce back and I did send again but not sure its go thru , however on my arrival I indicate it and the reception guy was checking and check me in , later on pm my wife and my Daughter arrived and the reception told them no you are checking out tonight , to cut the long story its was resolve but the hotel charge me no show for the first day which I find unfair

for a 5 star property, they still hv a lot to achieve. we pay 5 star cost for everything yet for the basic service, tye staff stands on r head and make small talk for cash remuneration. I hv never understood the concept of tipping for doing their job. it is the hotels responsibility to pay the staff well, not the customers. Tipping sometimes is fine if the service is exceptional but a simple room service and they wait for us to tip is quiet annoying.

Old school elegance at its finest. Beautiful pool area with wonderful staff. The bedrooms are very luxurious and comfortable with everything you could want. The door staff are happy and friendly and very welcoming.

The man who checked us in shouted loudly when we asked questions like we were stupid - don’t recommend him as a check in staff member. I actually wanted to tell him to talk softer as he was embarrassing us. Not a good welcome entry into the beautiful and elegant hotel.
