Location is ideal in Sukhumvit area. Large rooms/beds. Excellent bathrooms with bath and shower.

The mattresses are on a large wooden frame that juts out all around. I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and frequently hurt my shins on the bed frame. It’s really annoying.

Very clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a good selection of Asian and Western cuisine. Can't understand other reviews complaining about the food. Situated right in the middle of the busiest part of Sukhumvit. Again, other reviewers not happy about the street noise should have worked out the hotel's location before booking. Had 2 good night's at S21 would recommend.

They should print out a small map of the facilities in the hotel to leave in every room. Even though the staff tell you where the restaurant is on arrival, the only other info is on the lift buttons. Not a big deal but it would help the guests.

There was a confusion during check in. The room I paid for was for capacity of up to 2 adults. For some reason booking.com showed the price paid only for one person which is ridiculous because we are paying by the room. The hotel staff were very nice to work through it. Booking.com needs to recheck their system There are very limited tv channels and pillows too soft Location can get pretty crowded and rowdy at night. Felt unsafe at times.

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a great assortment of choices with a managed egg station. Great location with close-by options within walking distance. BTS almost at the front door for those locations further away.

BTS line in front of the hotel, passing trains are a bit loud. Did not detract from my sleep though.

Location central for Sukhumvit both metro & Airport line, fast check in, 3rd floor, quiet, good bed & sofa at end for watching tv/relaxing, coffee capsule machine, very nice bathroom inc shower and bath, shaving kit, good WiFi and room service all day till 10pm; same menu downstairs terrace inc daily special, had excellent Thai pork with gravy/sauce, rice and vegetables + glass of wine 280 baht <$10 (see pic), breakfast good with egg chef too. On departure very good, concierge calls taxi and ask if you want meter or fixed fare; no confusion with drivers.

No green tea or muesli at breakfast, sugary cereals.

Great location The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel and the chef was awesome. Every morning he brought my wife and I a special dish that was not on the buffet. My wife hasn’t stopped talking about the food and chef at the hotel. She is very hard to impress when it comes to food. Good job

The breakfast was excellent as usual. However the staff were not that nice on this occasion. Quite surly at times and were not happy. Unusual, as on all my previous stays they were excellent. A shame.

The cleanliness was top notch and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so soft. The TV didn’t work that well and half the channels were blank.

Great location in the heart of Bangkok. Great breakfast with chilli oil! But most importantly, a great team - Beam in particular was very kind with her warm smile. Her and her team (Nut, Kanoon, Om, Aui and Boss) always went the extra mile to guarantee a great trip will be back!

You can get a really decent size room in this hotel and the beds are always comfortable. The location is perfect on Sukhumvit Road.

I didn't get a view from the room, but these rooms are so good that you don't really need a view.

This hotel is very customers oriented in terms of the things provided in the rooms and the rest area with shower facility for guests who need it. A nice lobby area with comfortable seats for small meeting and a counter that serves drinks, plus a comfortable smoking area for smokers like myself.

The rooms do not come with universal charging point. Need to loan an adaptor from reception
