The room was very comfortable. Generally clean. Bed sheets were clean and wooden floors in good order. Water bottles provided. Location was great, across from a 7/11, pharmacy and several massage parlors and restaurants. There is space in front of the hotel for taxis to pick and drop off. Security was super helpful with luggage and front desk task was polite, quick and efficient with check in and check out. Terminal 21 mall is right around the corner (quick walk) and heathland is in the opposite direction. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the heart of the area. Walking a street away and you have the bustle of the Main Street action. Elevator is with a key card for security. Small amenities were provided (shower essentials and a selection of toiletries). Hotel lobby is set off to the side of restaurant Gigi so easy access to the restaurant. Good water pressure and hot water.

Everything was good. No chain lock on the room doors and door was a bit shaky but I still felt safe. unless you are nitpicky about limescale on shower head and bidet it’s a minor issue.

Our stay at Sacha’s Hotel Uno was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Terminal 21 and the BTS/MRT interchange, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a boutique hotel in such a central area. The bed was plush, the air-conditioning perfect, and the daily housekeeping kept everything in top shape. What truly made the experience special was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us—whether it was with luggage, directions, or transport arrangements. Highly recommended for couples, solo travellers, or anyone looking for a clean, cosy, and convenient hotel in the heart of Bangkok.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The bed and pillow were so soft, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever been on. Room was plenty large with a chair and flat sofa as well. Fridge was large and came with 2 bottles of water. About a 2-3 min walk from hotel to terminal 21. The walk although it is via a road side, it is fairly safe. Just pay attention when walking to not get hit by a motorcycle. We got a room on the 7th floor and noticed no issues with noise. The staff were friendly and would greet us when we came and left the hotel. There’s a small cafe in the hotel ground floor, convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast. There are 2 7-11s within 30 seconds of the hotel so no worries about needing a quick snack or water.

The shower wall is glass and covered by window shades - a direct view from the bed to the shower. So if you’re very particular about privacy when showering this is not the room for you, because anyone in the bedroom can just peek in very easily through the sides/gaps of the window shades. There also was no conditioner provided so I had to buy my own.

A great place: very good value. Spacious room with a large bed and a shower that could easily fit four people at a time. It is clean, quiet and perfectly airconditioned.

Location is fantastic, a few mins to Terminal 21 mall which affords great shopping choices and good restaurants. It is also a few minutes to the BTS Skytrain as well as the MRT monorail so it is very easy to connect to everywhere in Bangkok city. The room is very comfortable and quiet and the AC is cold. Wonderful bar downstairs for drinks. The staff is very courteous. The doorman is always helpful and happy greeting the guests😁

The breakfast is the same 3 choices everyday. It gets very monotonous if you stay more than a couple of days. The hotel could vary the breakfast menu.

We had an amazing stay at Sacha’s Hotel in Bangkok. room was very spacious, offered everything we needed, it was cleaned every day, very friendly staff and great location close to train and lovely attractions. Highly recommended this hotel. PS: we where there during the earthquake, the building didn’t collapsed or show signs of damage, so we were happy :)

The location was great maybe 200 meters from BTS and MRT, 7-11s were close by. 2 shopping mall at 100+ meters. Room was spacious , bathroom was great with a good water pressure on shower. The room and Hotel is clean and maintained. Ground floor had a good restaurant.

The AC at the room wasn't rightly placed and could do better on the AC. Had to wait a little while until AC is cool again after switching it off while outside. (maybe this was felt more because outside was very hot during my stay.)

I like everything, because it is like coming home. Even if I come the road down and see the signs. You enter the hotel, the friendly staff welcomes you. You come into your room. Home, Peace, Well being. Planning the next steps.

Well, there are small details could be much better. The room door is not closing completely. The alarm rings you have to stand off and push the door to close completely by your hands. The sink is blocked, the drain in the shower is loose. That kind of little things that make it easy to remember that you're not quite at home after all.

The location is great for exploring Bangkok & since we were on a city break, we didn’t need any additional facilities that you might find in more expensive places. The room was large enough with a comfortable bed & great shower room. A really large TV with Netflix and Amazon. For the price (£40) it’s a great option. There is a decent Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The front of house staff were helpful when asked, but we probably the least friendly in our three week tour….far less proactive.

Location is very convenient for dining, drinks or public transport. You can take metro to airport (station is in walking distance even with luggage) and avoid gambling on crazy traffic. Good mall nearby for shopping or groceries. Kind staff. Breakfasts good, but not exceptional. Good A/C.

Not fault of the hotel: open sewage channels is part of Bangkok. During your walk from hotel to the fancy restaurant or metro station you can see and smell them. Hotel is definitely not brand new, some wear-and-tear is notable. Nothing major though.
