The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. I especially appreciated the warm welcome at check-in and the smooth process throughout my stay.

The furniture felt a bit dated, and the lighting could be brighter. While the facilities like the gym and pool are quite small, they’re still nice extras to have. Breakfast was okay, not a huge spread, but enough to get you started for the day.

Location is central and convenient, 2 minutes' walk to MRT Sukhumvit and 5 to BTS Asoke. Took Airport Link to the hotel, interchanged at Makkasan and got off at MRT Sukhumvit exit 1. Traveled with 1 big luggage case and 1 hand carry case. Barrier free all the way from the airport. Unbeatable location. Room is clean and very spacious - 33 sqm - ample space, 3-seater sofa, coffee table, luggage cupboard for big luggage, full size desk, city view. Quiet - room next to elevator but couldn't hear a sound of that at all, nor any noise from other customers. Sustainable practice - cleaning the room every 3 days to save the environment means more quiet and privacy for me. Rest assured that house keeping comes every single day to replenish bottled water, coffee and towels. Wall electric sockets available - local 2-pin (flat or round), multi-standard socket, USB charging Value for money given location and room size. Even local friend said it was a great choice!!!

For those who would like to swim, it would be a let down. This doesn't bother me since I was out most of the time. I could use the fitness room if I wanted to exercise.

I always stay in this hotel, its pretty cheap but with big clean rooms and good breakfast boufet. It has a really small pool, but it was enough for me. Location is awesome, close a lot of pubs, bars, restorans and Soi Cowboy if you are into thar kind of thing. The subway and sky train are in 10 minutes walking distance. Oveeall.nice hotel.

The only.problem would be that the clean the rooms every 2 or 3 days, not everyday if I understand correctly. But for the price I was paying, it didnt bother me at all. The hotel.is very good. I recommend it.

Positives: Location is very good, close to MRT, BTS and a few 7-11s. Rooms were spacious. Hotel was clean and staff were smiling and helpful. It is located in a busy street but no street noise was coming to room. Negatives: Hotel is a little dated, requires renovation. Breakfast not in "western" style, mainly Thai main dishes, but tastes fine. It is far from impressive but it fills you up. Single use slippers were not provided. Pool is not a pool, it is rather a bathtub. But these are small things for me and cant complain considering the price point and location.

Great location and top services! Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! All staff at the counter, especially Lina were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was too limited and wasn't well organized. One morning we came for breakfast at 08.15 and there was no egg (which is a basic dish for breakfast) despite the breakfast is served until 10.30am. I asked about it and got a speechless answer that they do not have egg anymore and had just placed an order, so egg is on the way. Hope they manage this better in the future.

The double room was nice and close to the elevator, but it had no noise at all. Checking in early is possible if you inform staff in advance, as this is a business hotel, and they have a good understanding of the case and your business appointment. By walking, you can reach the MRT (underground) and BTS (overhead) city trains to anywhere in Bangkok.

Parking is a bit of a limitation, but staff will help you with reserving in case you informed them earlier. The room had to adapt from the resident, so some rooms and toilets will lead to adaptation rooms in the original.

We read a few reviews about the hotel being "dated" but we didn't find that to be the case at all. The room was huge (much bigger than most standard basic hotel rooms) and very clean, with a bathtub, TV with many channels (although most were in Thai of course), and all the amenities you'd need such as in-room safe, ironing board, hairdryer, shoe polish etc. Water pressure was strong and there was plenty hot water. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we opted not to have housekeeping as we were only there for 3 nights. We also didn't use the pool, gym, or restaurant so can't comment on that. The location was definitely a HUGE plus point, less than 5 mins walk away from Sukhumvit MRT, and less than 10 mins walk away from Asok BTS and Terminal 21, connected via Metro Mall through Sukhumvit MRT, which meant that we were mostly sheltered even when it rained. There's also many restaurants and convenience stores around, a proper massage parlour next door, and of course, the Terminal 21 mall a short walk away if you need anything else. The area didn't feel unsafe and although the streets were busy, the room was very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay again!

There weren't many parking spots available (not that we needed it, but could be an issue for some). There was also a light switch that wasn't working in our room, but it wasn't a problem for us. The air-conditioning was also not very cold - we set it at 17oC (the lowest possible setting) to try and cool the room, but according to readings, the room was at most 24oC - not a huge issue but just something to take note of.

The size of the room was wonderful. Having a dining area in the room was also very nice. The bathroom was huge and the walk in shower that was connected with the tub was awesome as I could take a very relaxing bubble bath before showering off and not needing to worry about dripping all over the place.

My room 412, didn’t have window that looked out onto anything, just a bricked up wall. This was ok for me but maybe someone else would be disappointed. The cabinetry was a little outdated but functional. Breakfast could use a little more standard western culture food items. Like bacon, or sausages.

We had a very enjoyable staff. We stayed for 3 nights total. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with various options each morning. The hotel is less than a 5min walk to the metro and less than 10minutes to the sky train. It is situated on the blue line which gives you easy access to all the popular destinations. Taxis are cheap to get around, we spent 120 baht to get to Khoa San road for the evening. Overall a very pleasant stay, we would definitely recommend

We have stayed at this hotel probably more than 20 times. I have always found the staff here to be excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, daily cleaner comes in , the breakfast is for me catered for the Asian community with a selection of rices , vegetables and curry type things with fruits. Don’t expect bacon and eggs etc :) but the food is well prepared and cooked it’s just me can’t face eating noodles and curries in the morning. However I did have toast and fried eggs . With fruit after We were met on this stay by the receptionist a bright,smiling young lady called Sor , she was exceptional and a great asset to the company for sure . She sorted us out courteously, very professionally with the big Thai smile . As I say I’ve stayed here so many times and my family on various occasions. This is our number 1 hotel, why .. it’s close and walking distance to the shops , million bars and restaurants Infact this morning we have just booked another night.
