Hotel does not check in after 11h59pm

-I arrived and left during regular check in/out hours and everything was easy. -I stayed in a capsule bedroom/dormitory and the light and electricity worked, the bed was comfortable and clean. -The other guests were quiet -3 out of 4 staff members were very friendly and accommodating

-one morning there wasn't any toilet paper on both the men's toilets -i got visited by a cockroach on the toilet

It is the best around the station where BTS and MRT meet. This is the starting point of many tour products. Anyone who first visited Bangkok can easily find accommodations. The reception is the first floor, but in reality it is 1.5 floors. You have to go up the stairs to the reception. After that, we use the elevator. The bathroom and toilet are on the second floor. Therefore, it is not disturbed by the shower. The cost of accommodation can be used for cards and deposits are cash. If you check, the deposit will be returned. The fifth layer can be used for free and can be talked. There is no need to order the essential order on the fifth floor.

The locker next to the bed is a sliding door. Even if you lock it with the heat, the opposite door opens. I don't know if it's only my breakdown. There is no window in the 2.5th floor accommodation. Air conditioning and fans will return all day. Nevertheless, this accommodation is good.

Location is the best part of this hostel as it sits really close to the Sukhumvit metro station. The place is really quiet and clean. It has all the amenities expected from a hostel but also has a bit more in the common area than what was expected.

The rooms they gave were very small and dingy. The photos didn't quite describe the full picture of the room. The private room we booked was also a private corner of a bigger shared room.

I like my bed and the room and the location, close to Metro station to get to the airport, although pretty noisy

I told the receptionist the night before that I needed to check out at 6am, cause I was having a flight, but he was late for 20-25 minutes, I started getting nervous and didn’t like such kind of attitude.

Good location 24/7 Access. Near by terminal 21 , Bts Station and very near to night life also close to everything. near by have burger shop. have 7/11 and street food so it was very convenient. Overall great .

Doors need fix it make noise in mix dormitory. when another people go in or out it make huge disturb if someone is sleeping . it Happens with me . I stayed D201 at bed p1. So i think the team need to work on it . And ask another guest to open door slowly and gently not rapidly .

I forgot to bring my laptop from hostel but I found it after 2 days later in other country. I was very embarrassed and called them if there was my laptop. They kindly search for my laptop and unbelievably I could found my laptop again. I was in other country, so they kept my laptop for almost a week without any change. When I got there they gave me my laptop with smile. I was busily checking my laptop and need to take train, I didn't even thank them enough. I really want to say thank you to them again. Especially when I called the hostel, the lady was so kind. I could never forget their kindness.

There‘s free coffee in the morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived very early from the airport and they allowed me to check in before the official check in time. I stayed in the dormitory with few other people, but the sleeping boxes kinda still give you the needed personal space. Great hostel.

It‘s really a little bit far away from the main attractions, but I could have known in advance by studying Bangkok map closer.

It was incredibly comfortable! The location is perfect, just 8 mins walk from a big shopping mall, MRT and BTS station. There's two 7/11 just 1 mins away. Many restaurants nearby. I got a bed in the female dormitory. The mattress, pillow and blanket were soft and comfortable. Many chill out areas. The price was unbeatable.

Key card system was too frustrating - too easy to lock oneself out of the room, too difficult to charge a phone while showering. The beds’ light and electricity only work with the key to the dorm room in a slot above the bed.
