The location is great. The side of the main street and the city center. But the next time I would prefer more quiet area to stay in Bangkok. The stuff is super nice. They helped with everything. The pool and gym are small but clean and nice. The main dishes are tasty.

G12 doesn’t have laundry and the laundry in that area is overpriced. Like 120tbh per kilo. Ice machine would be great to have. Every time I needed ice I had to ask the stuff for a glass. But later they said that ice is not for free. But even to buy a bucket, a fridge didn’t have a freezer. Also it looks that the room had a window, but it was faced few meters from the building under construction.

The spacious room provided plenty of comfort, and the view overlooking Terminal 21 Mall was fantastic – it really added to the overall experience. The swimming pool and gym were well-maintained and equipped, allowing for a refreshing workout or a relaxing swim with a beautiful city backdrop. The hotel's location was another significant advantage, being just a short walk to the MRT station, which made getting around Bangkok convenient and easy.

Convenient location, a bit of a walk from Sukhumvit station but close to all the shopping.

Housekeeping did not clean my room. They slipped a note that I put a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door but there was no such sign available.

Location was convenient to get around. Pool and gym available which was a plus. Maybe my next trip will try the breakfast buffet.

Can't really complain, overall room was clean. Just that you could see the mold and grime built up in the shower area.. Maybe management could issue a slightly stronger cleaning product for housekeeping. Easy clean for those hard to reach grimes. And the light switches were kinda faulty.

The staff were very helpful and efficient even by Thai standards. It is in a cul de sac on Soi 12 so very quiet but still close to the Asok station and Terminal 21 which is a very good shopping mall with reasonable prices and 2 floors devoted mostly to eating places of different kinds. The room was spacious and lots of sockets also by the beds. Didn't try the pool or breakfast but there are two nice cafés in Soi 12. Good value for money, cheaper than Aspira 12 just across the road but same standard.

The way the shower functions is a little strange and the corridors are very dark.

Galleria 12 offered a host of guest amenities that I found a breath of fresh air despite my previous world travels. From an amazing team of helpful, polite and genuinely warm staff, to a delicious breakfast each morning and 24 hour front desk service, I was impressed from the very get go. Paired with an unbelievable price for an amazing and fresh room, I felt genuinely lucky to call Galleria 12 home during my time in Bangkok.

There was not a single thing during my stay I disliked. Had there been I know with certainty the amazing staff would have made it right promptly.

The location is really close to the train station and Terminal 21. It is easy to access to the main road. I really love the bed and the pillows! I slept comfortably! The breakfast is good too. There are varieties of food to choose. We weren't able to use the pool, but it looks clean and nice. I love that they have smart TV and we can access to youtube or netflix. The shower is good. I would definitely check in again soon.

When they cleaned up our room, they did not give us another set of towels because the new set of towels are still not dry. So we waited until afternoon before they gave us a new set of towels. Not a big deal though.

Close to Sukhumvit, Nana, Soi Cowboy, skytrain and metro. Overall good stuff. I stayed in Galleria 10 about 2 weeks later (next street over) and it was awesome aswell.

Walk from the main road to hotel is narrow and looks shady. There are golf cars giving free rides from nearby hotels/hostels to the main road and back, but didnt see it with Galleria 12.

There are many good hotels in Bangkok but when we define a good hotel we have to measure it by the staff and how they manage the hotel and guests services. This hotel is outstanding. Amazing clean rooms excellent staff who always look after you and your safety. They will go above and beyond to help. So for this reason this hotel gets a 10 score. Excellent location in the bustling area of Sukhumvit but slightly tucked into a small side road 2 minute walk from the hotel is Nana Station which is very handy. Also near the hotel is a seven eleven which is very handy when you don't feel like traveling too far for a beer or need to restock on supplies. A true gem of a hotel and I totally recommend. Wil be coming back September 23
