Entrance hotel directly from street level. Premium location in central Sukhumvit road. Even if situated only 30m from very busy Sukhumvit road Soi 10. Traffic noise not very bothersome. Comfortable room size on biggest room. Big Bathroom and shower in my room (702). Separate bathtub. Big double bed. All lighting system to be operated by "hub" from bedside. Geneorusly sized workspace. Small fridge in room with ample selection. Safe deposit box - in operable height from floor! Very easy access to /Skytrain/Metro/taxi. Shopping: "Small" shopping (and restaurants) easily accessible within walking distance. Big shopping: The most renown grande shopping centers are all available by same Skytrain line directly outside hotel.

Hotel not offering breakfast, - (but plenty restaurants close by). Everything in (my) bathroom is old and worn and in need of upgrading. However, everything in working order - so far. Bathtub - but no plug for drain! Faucets leaking. Rainfall- and hand -shower worn and shaky. Not possible to charge electronic devices on any side of bed. Only 2 electrical outlets on workspace. Desklamp occupying one, leaving only one for all other electrical purposes/needs. (Multiple-input USB-charger recommended brought.) (Also possible to charge in bathroom.) 7 floors, but elevator reaches only 6th. Small narrow staircase up to 7th. floor holding 2 rooms. (However: Rooms on 7th floor are big and comfortable if you can handle the stairs!)

Great little hotel slap bang in the middle of Sukhumvit nightlife/shopping area. Five minutes walk to Asoke sky train and terminal 21. Very quiet side street literally one block from main road. Few minutes to anything you need. Staff extremely friendly. Felt very safe there. Massage shop on site. Few minutes from 7-11. Large safe in room and good TV with Netflix etc. Fridge in room plus some snacks and drinks. Shower gel etc. Great bedside remote control for air con and lighting etc. Lifts.

The location is terrific. Easy for taxis no navigate to. Building and rooms looks attractive. The staff was helpful and nice. Front desk is watches and monitors the building at all times. The cleaners did a good job. They have a central area that is always cool which is nice to feel when coming in from the hot weather outside.

The room was smaller than imagined compared to the photos. No microwave. Fridge was packed with all their items to purchase, not much space for my items. TV channels kept pausing, turning off or going dark.

Excellent location. Clean facilities. Staff were helpful, and helped arrange for airport drop off when we checked out.

The rooms are quite small and we could only unpack our bags by placing them on the bed. We are a family of 4, and booked two standard double rooms which can accommodate 2 persons each. We would have liked both our rooms on the same floor, but were given rooms on different floors. Not ideal.

Great location for nana bts. Room has good lighting options. Quiet despite being yards from sukhumvit. Comfy beds. Friendly reception . Korea town restaurants are a few steps away.

Strangely, the bathroom has no light above the mirror but below it, illuminating the basin. The shower cubicle gaps allow water onto the floor unless carefully directing the shower head.

Amazing location one minute from sukhumvit, five minutes walk to asoke station and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Right in the heart of the night area but quiet. Room spacious with comfy bed, Netflix etc. Good desk space for working. Lots of power points. Kettle, fridge, snacks and drinks in room. Safety deposit box. Room cleaned every day. Staff very very friendly and helpful

Property was in a excellent location, very close to Asok and Nana BTS stations in the middle of both! Was in a suite on level 7, the elevator only goes to level 6 so you have to walk upstairs to level 7. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was hard. Having to walk upstairs to level 7 to get to room.

A nice quiet room in a quiet street, not far from Nana BTS. I was in an upper floor serviced by a fast lift Things - individual lights a/c, were controled from a small module plugged int the wall near the bed

During my stay, I had to contact reception twice about the toilet - first it would not flush and the next time it would not stop flushing (ok for just urine) so would not build up enough water in the cistern to enable a proper flush

Low waterflow in the tap and shower, malfunctioning of safety locker.

Located between Nana and Asok stations, close to everything, room was spacious and comfortable

Wifi on higher floors is slow
