The hospitality of the staff, warm, friendly and helpful especially the breakfast fast. The room was clean and spacious with nice shower. The SPA in the hotel was fabulous

It was situated next to a Hospital and the ambulance noise, busy street with cars hooting and speeding. There is no sound proofing in the Hotel, you can hear your neighbours talk. You had to take a taxi to every shopping area and to all the major shopping malls so no major shopping areas within walking distance of the Hotel

This Hotel has spacious and very comfortable rooms with good beds and showers and bathtub etc... Also smart TV was a bonus and some of the self catering features and washing machine was wonderful. The pool on rooftop was excellent but was missing a proper a ladder to climb into pool (hopefully that got sorted). The views were awesome as well. The breakfast was above average but not amazing , but better than many others I have had in similar type Hotels in Thailand. The building overall was good and the one way shuttle was half appreciated, because the fact that there was no returns (see what I did not like) . Thong Lo is a lovely neighborhood and there was some charming places on the street of the Hotel. 95 % of the staff were great.

The water was a constant issue - it was lukewarm at best - plumbers came twice during my stay, but the temperature never improved, which meant showers were not really enjoyed and a soaking bath was out of the question. The location is hit and miss as it is almost a 20 minute walk to BTS station and the lower end of a street with a lot happening further up. However the environment around you is pleasant. There was a one way shuttle to BTS at very few times a day and when you would return, you would either have to walk for 20 minutes to get back or take a Grab / Bolt ride or local bus down the road to reach the Hotel. There was one staff member that was very indifferent and unfriendly towards me, but nothing serious.

No windows or ventilation in rooms on air conditioning made me ill. Dirty conditioned air... not good. Rooftop bar had a unusual smell.

I loved the staff and the breakfasts and the rooftop pool and the extras like the massage and beauty options as I was unable to go anywhere the first part of my stay as I could not walk so it gave me good excuse for pampering they were really helpful towards me also. The bed was super comfy, and it was helpful having a washing machine. I loved the room service cleaned every day and water replaced. The views were amazing too, and the rooftop bar and gym were also handy. There's also a tops shop just downstairs which was handy as and lots of yummy food options along the street prime burger and fortune cookie was some of the yum options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I wish there was a bigger mug to make a decent size coffee and a couple more coffee sachets. The lighting was great in the room but Lil confusing with the light switches lol

Clean and spacious room with mini kitchen and washing machine. It has tops, 7/11 and massage spa at the ground floor. Lots of good restaurants, banks, shops and laundry nearby. Everyday the house keeper refill our bottle water, toilet paper and new slipper.They even provide extra water and toilet paper. House keeper provide us a clothing rack to hang our laundry eventhough I didnt ask for it and we were surprised when we came back to the room they put our laundry in the clothing rack. I really appreciated their great service and extra effort. Buffet is good because it has lots of options and delicious. They have vegetarian options too. The front desk, restaurants, housekeepers and guard they are all polite and always greet “sawadee khap” and smile.

Located on a very busy street with anything and everything you need close by. Breakfast was limited in options but tasty and open from 6:30 to 11:00. Easy and smooth access to the rooms with elevator directly from the street level.

Our balcony door didn’t shut properly which made noise from the street ojtside quite loud. The hotel says it’s smokefree and threatens with heavy fines if the room smells but still puts ashtrays on the balcony. Seems kind of contradicting.

The breakfast buffet had many options and was of good quality, staff were friendly and very helpful, the amenities were modern and there was a pool and gym available for use as well. The location was great for us, close to lots of restaurant options and well-lit street meaning we could roam safely even at night. The room was even better than the photos and was serviced daily with no charges for towels/bedding. The bed was very comfortable and the room by far one of the largest suites that we stayed in during our time in Thailand. The washer/dryer was also very handy as we had packed light, although even if it was not there were laundry services available nearby as well. We cannot recommend the hotel enough, we had a junior suite and loved it.

The air-conditioning unit seemed to be dirty as whenever we would turn it on we would soon start coughing and there was also a faint damp smell emanating from the unit, as well as the rooms did not have a water filter (although fresh water was supplied daily in the form of two bottles left by staff). This said the cons were far outnumbered by the positives of the hotel and we would heartily recommend the premises to travelers searching for quality, good value accommodation.

Quiet, family mart conveniently just below the residence. Walking distance to many nearby cafe like the commons.

Location is not near any BTS. A good 20 over mins walk from the BTS Thonglor. shuttle service is available from 11am to 7pm but 1 way only to BTS.

Comfy bed, will clean room daily and the maid is friendly with lovely smile. It has a small pool with nice view. Thonglor BTS is 40 mins by foot . But taxi around 70 bath to the station. 7/11 and Tops mini market just down stairs and a lots of restaurants,bar and messages along the street. I booked 4 nights and extended 4 more nights as still a good value hotel Will come back again.

Pls change the running machines, 2 machines does not work. My room does not have a shower holder on the wall and/or ceiling.
