Clean, quiet, comfortable. It's not a hotel, but serviced apartments. Big bed, spacious rooms. Air cons in the bedroom and living room. Cleaning service every day. There's even a little balcony in the flat. Early check-in and late check-out available easily. Plenty of food places nearby, great area.

Quite far away from the city centre or metro stations. Had to use taxi a lot to get around. Also apartment has no knives (only spoons and forks).

Overall I love the stay, will be back again The staffs were very friendly & nice. The studio unit is really cozy & neat. Location wise: There’s a 7-11 nearby which is superb, only thing is far from the night markets (which was okay) I chose to stay in United as I only travel to Bangkok for Blackpink concert, it’s considered near to the stadium which was very convenient. Only slightly far from shopping places; where walking is impossible under the heat.

Cleanliness wise I think can be further improved to become a 5 star stay if the toilets uses white lights, with every corner scrubbed. It’s clean, but could be better 👌

This is one of the best value for money place that I’ve stayed at so far in BKK and I’ve stayed at at least 15 different places here. Very clean, spacious room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

Spacious and clean apartments, very nice staff, good price. The location is pretty good for getting to the Thong lor area which has a lot of great bars and restaurant (but its expensive!)

The traffic on the street makes it hard to get somewhere further away, and bts station is about a 25 minute walk

Nice size apartment. Furnished with a washing machine. Although, I still went to Thailand to experience a non- western atmosphere - chose an apartment in Bangkok for this phase of my trip. quiet neighborhood safe, clean

some distance from BTS. easy to jump on a transport motorcycle for 30 baht. poor water pressure and hot water weak. They inspected the place at check out prior to my 1,000 baht deposit refund. I don’t understand this . Did they think I damaged the place ? or, stole something- nothing to steal ! Kind of disrespectful !

Super soft comfortable big bed. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Working large screen TV. Helpful and friendly staff. Large bathroom and hot water shower. Coffee, water and kitchen utensils provided. Strong and easy to use WiFi. Fantastic washing machine in room. Balcony has bird net screen and rack to hang clothes to dry.

One key card given at check in but room needs card for power. Two keys should be given, one for power and other to open door. Grab drivers should be allowed to go directly to room.

The staff was professional and caring, my apartment was clean, gym had everything I needed.

Great location, easy to find. Friendly and attentive staff, gave us a room upgrade for free. Doorman/security guard outside building, feels very safe. Room was clean, hot water worked well. Air conditioning worked well, was very quiet and very easy to adjust. I didn't have the chance to try the gym but it looks good, equipment seems in good condition. Views from the rooftop are amazing. Overall, would definitely recommend!

very good value for money. The room size is perfect for us ( family of 3. ) . Very clean! And all of the staffs are so friendly and helpful. To be honest i didn’t expect to be this good considering the price we paid ( 1200 / a night ) but it turn our to be one of my favorite service apartment in bkk .. will return for sure ! :)

I've stayed here for weeks if not months before, it's an excellent hotel and even better value. The staff are accommodating and the location is great if you like the Thonglor/Ekkamai area like I do.
