The apartment looks exactly like the pictures!! The staff at the reception are very helpful and helped us with every question patiently, including organizing a shuttle to a nearby city. Bottles of water and light refreshments were waiting in the apartment. There is a washing machine and powder + clothes rack. There is a security guard at night! He did the check-in for us when we arrived after 20:00 by prior arrangement of course. There is a lovely pool on the roof that spent the afternoons with the children. There is a cafe near the apartment that provides TA of coffee and small cakes for the morning. There is a restaurant with local and western food near the hotel.

It is not a central area of ​​the city. There are no sidewalks near the hotel and for shopping you have to take a taxi

1. Apartment: Inside and out, the apartment is exactly as pictured. Staff were very accommodating during check-in and throughout our stay. The location is in a residential area, which is very quiet, day and night. Big points for the AC units as this was one of the few places that cooled sufficiently, even for the large square footage! Large kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, and even stove top! 2. Amenities: Gym/Fitness room appears brand new, with GREAT AC unit and enough equipment to allow for complete workout; from treadmill to dumbells, even a smith press/squat rack! Rooftop pool was spotless and offered a rare treat for relaxing and enjoying being outside in the heat and humidity. Great views of distant skyline at night. Opposite side of roodtop from pool, there is a playground area for small children along with cabana type lounge areas. Sat/TV Channels offered in MULTIPLE languages

1. Minimal dishes and cookware for groups larger than 2 (although dining table has formal place setting for 4 people with Royal Thai China) there were only 2 eqch of small bowls, plates, glasses, spoon/fork, for casual use. 2. Location (depending on reason for visit) is residential, which is great for tranquility. However, this adds some difficulty in terms of shopping convenience, food, and travel to common points of interest due to the extended times with waiting for Grab/taxi and travel times.

Me and my family had an incredibly friendly experience at this hotel, right from the moment of booking. The hotel staff was very proactive in responding to all my queries. The front desk staff, Jenny and Fe, were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. Big thank you to jenny and fe! Contrary to some other reviews, I found the location not to be inconvenient; the hotel offers a shuttle service to all nearby locations you could possibly think of. The gym and rooftop pool were fantastic as well! The room was very comfortable, making it highly suitable for family trips. The thoughtful amenities and the spacious layout provided a perfect resting environment after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit.

there's an hourly shuttle to the Ekamai BTS station, which is connected to a little mall. A good number of eateries in the area - including a fantastic vegan japanese place! Supermarkets and 7-11 a short walk away. The unit was spacious - we were a family of 4 and with 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms, there was enough space for everyone. Kitchen was reasonably well-equipped (I was only missing a frying pan, because it was a bit difficult to cook eggs in the wok provided. I never did try asking for one, though). There's a cozy little gym on the top floor, a rooftop pool and verandah, the views from where were beautiful! Staff were courteous - Jenny and Fe at the reception were amazing! They were ready to offer help at any time, offer directions, suggest sights to visit and were overall very cheerful and pleasant people. We were surprised with a box of chocolates from them, as we checked out on V-day. Very sweet young ladies. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Fantastic apartment in a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging for taxis or a shuttle when we needed them, helping us order take-in, and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable and very spacious, more than enough room for our family of four. The swimming pool on the roof was just right, and very welcome on hot days. There are grocery shops, cafes, malls, and restaurants within walking distance, or they can help with a shuttle if you need. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a bit far from the more "touristy" spots, but the distance was worth it for the quiet, safe neighborhood. Taxis were abundant and affordable and the sky train is close as well, so while it takes a bit of time to get to the city center, we considered it a worthwhile tradeoff. The apartment has a kitchen and enough dishes for four, but is not equipped for actual meal prep or cooking - no cooking utensils or pots/pans.

The apartment was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated. The photographs don’t do it justice at all! A welcome pack was provided, toiletries provided , bottled water in the fridge, everything you could need. The staff at Reception and at the gate were so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here twice during our visit to Thailand, on arrival and on leaving and would definitely stay again!

Need more cooking ware in the apartment. There were not enough basic cooking ingredient e.g. oil, salt. and the cookware only microwave oven, a cattle, 1 fry pan without cover, one source pan without cover, and a pot with cover.

Staff very polite, friendly and welcoming. Very spacious 2 bedrooms, with large dining and living room, kitchen to cook. Able to wash your clothes. Complimentary bottled water, coffee pod machine. Gym and pool too.

Location is a bit remote, streets a bit narrow. But there is a shuttle bus goes to 4 nearby points, (drop off only), plus train. Would be really good if they had a pick up service back to the apartment.
