The shuttle service to the local supermarket and Ekkamai BTS was fantastic, I used it many times during my stay. The free breakfast option was great and the dinner option was as well. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

The washing machine was showing it's age, I had a couple of issues with it. But that's the only thing, everything else was fantastic and I would stay there again.

Spacious and clean. Had 2 aircons, one in the bedroom and one in the hall with a sliding door between. Perfect for me, as i can't use an Aircon which is blowing onto the bed while sleeping. The walk to Ekamai bus station is about 20-25 minutes and there is s free shuttle on t request every 30 minutes which takes about 10 minutes. Checkin is possible also if you arrive at the airport way after midnight.

Value for money. Housekeeping staff daily. Receptionist is helpful. Free shuttle to BTS every 30mins. Comfortable apartment. Decent breakfast options. Quiet surroundings unless you have noisy neighbours in the building.

The furniture has aged. The balcony ledge is slightly low. No utensils to cook. Housekeeping staff is noisy from the morning and usually 2 to 3 women enter and they talk loudly while cleaning, plus they talk across apartments being cleaned on the same floor. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't refilled since a long time during my stay since the soap/shampoo had separated(couldn't identify one from the other since no labels).

The Suite itself was great for the price with 2 balconies, shower, bath, fridge and Microwave. The breakfast was fine too. A choice of a cooked dish, fruit, coffee and juice 😋 For a one night stay the location was great - in a quiet suburban street yet near some great restaurants and bars in Wattana district and close to Ekkimai Bus terminal. If you could afford to get Grabs and Taxis into town - then this would probably be the perfect place to stay and come back to (If planning to stay in Bangkok for a longer period of time)... Great Value!!! 🙂

Firstly it was advertised as having a Sofa Bed - But it definitely is not a Sofa bed!!! And only a child could sleep on it. I had to sleep on the floor but I didn't mind and the apartment was NICE!!! Secondly The Staff didn't seem very Happy to receive guests. Maybe they were under a lot of pressure....

Quite big clean room with complimentary breakfast in the room. 2 aircons, 1 in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. The breakfast was the same every day but was tasty & sufficient for us. The price was very affordable as compared to the service and room we were offered with a balcony and nice view.

The location is in the residential area, and there is no restaurants nearby as I prefer Arabic/labenese or Paki/Indian food and massage centre also closed very early. Well, the free tuktuk service by the hotel help us alot. We stay 6 nights, and honestly, We have no complaints.

I was highly impressed by the spaciousness of the room, the prime location, the exceptional cleanliness, and the professionalism of the staff, who were extremely cooperative and attentive.

One of the main drawbacks I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the room. For instance, there was some kind of animal—its exact species or type was unclear—causing significant disturbance in the middle of the night and early morning hours. This made it quite challenging to sleep during those times. This would be the only negative aspect I experienced during my stay.

Kept really clean and tidy. Food was good! Staff were friendly and helpful despite language barrier. The room also had enough natural light coming in during the day and it was spacious enough for a comfortable stay :)

There was occasional water leakage in the toilet — though im not too fussed about that because it dried up quick! Not too sure if it is because of the rain, but i noticed that there were 2-3 ants on my bed but they did not come back after i got rid of them.

the room was actually more like a small apartment, with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge room, 2 balconies, a small kitchen style area with microwave and kettle, 2 AC units. it was good value for the size of the room. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, some not so much. I was given Breakfast both days which I wasnt aware I got but it was welcome addition and helped start the day. There was a free shuttle bus that ran every 30 minutes through the day to a few different points a few km away from the hotel.

No complaints except the bathroom sink plug was broken, and I was not able to get it out, no big deal as there was a second sink in the kitchen area.

Very good breakfast. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. Very courteous staff. The place is good for long stays and for families.

Location little far about 1 km from the city. It is walkable distance in the evening or morning but not on sunny day. For this reason, they have provided a tuk tuk for ferrying people or you can order cab. No convenience store nearby. The closest 7eleven is about 1 km. The hotel has stored some day to day items for selling.

Everything was good, the location is secluded however a little cutoff from the main street but the hotel provides half hourly commute for free to the nearest bts station. They also had a good breakfast and food selection. Paid laundry is also available.

The bed was very stiff, depends on personal preference
