having microwave and washer machine which is very nice and need it. Also friendly staff specially Stella who provide us all needs and helping us in everything.

The staff were friendly and helpful the bed was very comfortable the aircon was quiet the towels were past sell by date although the hotel looks old it has touch switch lighting a Japanese style toilet plenty of hot water with high pressure the breakfast was good the only downside was in the amenities it stated it had ATM on sight in fact its 100 meters round the corner also no biscuits or chocolate as advertised

One of the security wasn’t nice and friendly there is the sign on pool close at 10 and it was 8.10 he came to kick us off no polite at all no respect If it closed at 8 pm at least should inform guests or changes the sign Difficult to get taxi so we only used grab no problem Walk to the main area 10–15 mins

Not a bad place overall. People complained about the wifi in the review, but I didn't have any issue. Was pretty clean and everyone at the lobby was very kind.

They could really do better with the breakfast, it's not a quality that 5star hotel supposed to have. The location is not at the centre of the Bangkok, need to get on a taxi every time.

Beautifully decorated throughout and the rooms were very comfortable, spcious enough and bathrooms are lovely. The breakfast was excellent, and even though it was a buffet, the food was actually warm and very tasty!

It's a shame that none of the rooms have balconies and the location means taking the hotel shuttle to the BTS or MRT, or organising your own taxi.

Quite far from the tourist center of Bangkok, but we loved finding the boat which took us to the BTS… if you work it out it’s very easy to avoid the traffic!

Very convenient and the staff very friendly and the bed very comfortable breakfast in the morning was nice and staff in the restaurant very nice aswell will definitely come back again for sure 😀

room wasn't super clean, (dirty mirror, I found someones t shirt t in the cupboard) there were some maintenance issues but the front desk staff were helpful in fixing those.

The shower in the room makes the bathroom floor wet because of how it’s designed Not the best location but it isn’t really an issue because grabs are cheap. Only like $6 to most malls

It is amazingly styled, the staff is extremely warming. And we could reach all the important places in Bangkok from the hotel simply by foot, or by boat.

They have blue light switches and the blue light doesn’t turn off, when you turn off the light, and it can distract your sleep.
