Overall, an excellent place to stay. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was very decent -- small but adequate. They changed the menu everyday, and everything was Halal. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well lit, right next to the gym and some common areas where you can sit and work. The pool was also excellent, spans the entire roof of the main building. Almost always empty. Reception had a small store with water, snacks etc. They have a coin-operated washer/dryer on the ground floor -- roughly 100 THB for a wash/dry cycle. The location is excellent if you need to be near Bangkok Hospital (3 minutes on foot to the main building). Otherwise it might be a little out of the way from tourist attractions. The nearest mall is Rama 9.

Some of the corridors and the elevators didn't have any fans or air conditioning, and can get extremely hot and humid.

Room was very spacious and clean. They had a microwave oven and cutleries. Good collections of TV channels. They also had laundry and dryer where can you use coins to use them. Also hotel had a shuttle service to bangkok hospital till 8pm. Highly recommended to patients who are coming for their treatment in bangkok hospital as the shuttle service takes only 2 mins to go to bangkok hospital. Also bangkok hospital has their own shuttle service where you can hop on and hop off at the hospital and hotel. Located in a calm location in bangkok. There is halal food options in bangkok hospital plaza. There is 7 eleven in hospital premises.

during our 7 days stay, the AC was not working on our floor so we had to change hotel 2 times accommodated by Alix hotel. I hope they resolve the AC issue of 5th and 6th floor, because it’s difficult for patient to shift their room frequently.

The rooms were spacious and apartment itself was clean spacious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. You can do your own laundry and cooking. The location of the place is just behind Bangkok Hospital, so it's perfect for medical travellers, or long stay travellers. There arent much shops or restuarents nearby so we had to to Grab delivery most of the time. Overall, good experience with the whole family of 4

I wish they didn't charge us extra 200 baht per night per pillow when requested for an extra pillow. We ended up buying a pillow from a supermarket at 200 baht, which we used for our whole 7 night stay.

The location is very close to the hospital (no walking needed, golf caddies are running constantly to ferry patients between the hotel and the hospital), the rooms are very quiet and include a microwave oven and a large fridge. The hotel also has a common washing machine. Staff are helpful and kind. Perfect for a few weeks' stay.

The lobby is a bit cramped and the photos of the room are slightly misleading. Note also that the restaurant is only for breakfast.

Amazing room, that is quiet, comfortable and suited to longer term stays. Great WiFi connection. Staff are super kind too. Great place to recover after surgery before going home. Amenities like microwave and big fridge in the room, and the access to washing machine and dryer in the hotel.

The fact room lacked a toaster and a tray. The choice of TV channels was good but not great.

The room was huge and the location was great. Right next to the bangkok hospital. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We noticed that they were extremely understaffed. For instance they would ask us to come down for anything instead of delivering it to the room. We also had to wait a while for the buggy to be free to take us to bangkok hospital sometimes and had to walk there instead.

The location was great for the purpose of my trip however the breakfast was not to my liking. It was the same food everyday and the quality was not so good. Even if I paid for adding breakfast in my booking I only ate 3 days out of the 7 days stay.

Variety of food at breakfast and healthy options like fresh fruits and juice. Additional options on the salad, less of fried food.

The staff were so helpful and very friendly the location was perfect for what we needed, and offering rides to the hospital and back was just great. Thankyou

The only thing we would say is the breakfast that you offer was not great. The food was cold and just know real selection on offer.

The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel to the Bangkok Hospital was perfect. It is a short walk to the hospital or you can get there by a member of the hotel staff who will drive you there. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
