Very good breakfast, very kind staff, nice room with all facilities, comfort etc

Not many choices of TV channels, hardly any, the pool was ok, but a very bad smell of swage, like bad water at one end of the pool, and the location a little bit complicated for visiting the town center, only taxis etc.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast at room service a lot of menu Thai foods and western. You will order Pork Krapraow with stream rice and Thai milk tea. swimming pool available.

Location does not connect within the public transportation. You should take a taxi or long walk. By the way, it's not too bad. Stuff will support calling taxi for you.

Pretty much everything was of a high standard. Room was well appointed, clean, modern & spacious. Gym had plenty of good quality equipment & sufficient free weights to have a decent workout. Breakfasts - food was plentiful & good quality with some variety each day.

Coffee at breakfast was really poor, watery & tasteless. Maybe the machines weren't working properly? Air conditioning was very noisy but I use ear plugs so not an issue. Location - a bit too isolated with not much selection in walking distance e.g street food, shops, etc. Easy enough to get a taxi or motorbike elsewhere though.

The meals were excellent, breakfast was great as was room service. Loved the spaciousness & cleanliness of the room and the shower cubicle was 15/10!! So spacious!! All in all, I would recommend to my family & friends when travelling to Bangkok. Thank you!!

Maybe the staff's English, but I am a visitor to your lovely country so I can't really complain. Apart from that nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very friendly & courteous.

Great stay here for a few nights! Lovely spacious room with good amenities (such as dental kits, robes etc in the room) and facilities. Very clean too. The staff were really polite and helpful, they really do try their best. Room service was pretty decent. We didn’t use the pool, but looked okay. Definitely slightly higher end, the lighting, mirrors and design set it apart from the rest. Good WiFi too. We’re actually staying here again at the end of our Thailand trip :)

There was a really strong smell of smoke in the toilet, I think someone must have been smoking in one adjacent to us. It is ever so slightly far out from the main areas of Bangkok, but closer to airport.

The staff was friendly , the apartment was good and big with a good view, the location is quiet but a bit far from the center and the attractions and u need taxi every time u have to leave the hotel .. no metro nearby. In general It’s good for families

Breakfast is really poor especially for Arabic and Muslim people .. all few options they give is for western guests.. i found many Arabic families with there kids there ,that’s why the hotel could make more food options for them as well as the other western guests . Coffee is very bad . Many guests highlighted this in their reviews.. hope the hotel will take action for this issue

A great hotel, with spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Our room was always super clean, the breakfast was delicious, with enough food to choose from. The gym was well equipped. We didn't find the location to be an inconvenience, as the water ferry station is not too far. The name of the station is Surao Baan Don Pier. You can get there easily through an alley between buildings (Google maps will not show you this option, so you have to check the satellite view to see it on the map). The ticket prices are also cheap (16 THB).
