Very good breakfast, very kind staff, nice room with all facilities, comfort etc

Not many choices of TV channels, hardly any, the pool was ok, but a very bad smell of swage, like bad water at one end of the pool, and the location a little bit complicated for visiting the town center, only taxis etc.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast at room service a lot of menu Thai foods and western. You will order Pork Krapraow with stream rice and Thai milk tea. swimming pool available.

Location does not connect within the public transportation. You should take a taxi or long walk. By the way, it's not too bad. Stuff will support calling taxi for you.

Pretty much everything was of a high standard. Room was well appointed, clean, modern & spacious. Gym had plenty of good quality equipment & sufficient free weights to have a decent workout. Breakfasts - food was plentiful & good quality with some variety each day.

Coffee at breakfast was really poor, watery & tasteless. Maybe the machines weren't working properly? Air conditioning was very noisy but I use ear plugs so not an issue. Location - a bit too isolated with not much selection in walking distance e.g street food, shops, etc. Easy enough to get a taxi or motorbike elsewhere though.

The meals were excellent, breakfast was great as was room service. Loved the spaciousness & cleanliness of the room and the shower cubicle was 15/10!! So spacious!! All in all, I would recommend to my family & friends when travelling to Bangkok. Thank you!!

Maybe the staff's English, but I am a visitor to your lovely country so I can't really complain. Apart from that nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very friendly & courteous.

I stayed at Maitria Hotel for about 5 separate days. It’s a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place that feels like a quiet compound with both rooms and apartments. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the rooms are well-equipped with a nice bathroom layout. The location is perfect — central but not noisy. I also liked the spacious outdoor area, safe and pleasant for walking, especially on rainy days.

Breakfast could use a bit more variety, as we didn’t always find options that suited us. Overall, it’s a great choice for families and long stays!

Modern, New , clean, reasonable

No nearby restaurant but you have different applications and can deliver food fast .

Great stay here for a few nights! Lovely spacious room with good amenities (such as dental kits, robes etc in the room) and facilities. Very clean too. The staff were really polite and helpful, they really do try their best. Room service was pretty decent. We didn’t use the pool, but looked okay. Definitely slightly higher end, the lighting, mirrors and design set it apart from the rest. Good WiFi too. We’re actually staying here again at the end of our Thailand trip :)

There was a really strong smell of smoke in the toilet, I think someone must have been smoking in one adjacent to us. It is ever so slightly far out from the main areas of Bangkok, but closer to airport.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful location that made it easy to relax—plus, having two 7-Eleven stores nearby was super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.

- The room was a good size, though the bed took up most of the space, so there wasn’t much room to move around. - The check-in process was frustrating. Despite contacting the hotel in advance to confirm early check-in, they did not respond to our calls or messages, and no room was prepared when we arrived.
