I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cassia Rama 9 hotel in Bangkok with my husband and daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is brand new, and you can really feel the freshness in every detail. Our two-bedroom unit was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views of the Bangkok skyline were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The atmosphere was serene, and we enjoyed spending time there as a family. The staff at Cassia Rama 9 truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Cassia Rama 9 for anyone visiting Bangkok. It’s a perfect blend of modern comfort, stunning views, and exceptional service. We can’t wait to return.

As the hotel is so new our grab and Taxi found it difficult to find. This didn't impede on aspect of our stay and staff were very helpful in speaking to our driver over the phone to clarify the hotel's location.

The hotel was very good. Clean, spacious. You have everything you need in the hotel. The roof top is beautiful. On the 20th floor and the 37th floor. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Guy. He is such a sweet person, always there to help.

The two bedroom was spacious and clean. Nice view from the room with big balcony. We had a wonderful time at Cassia and love the breakfast. Excellent staff and facilities are equally good .

No iron & ironing board in the room.

The room service was perfect. The hotel has the modern auto parking. There is a small grocery store in the lobby. Everything is clean. The pillows are good. There is a tea pot and coffee maker in the room

The reception provided only 2 keys for 4 guests. We requested 2 extra keys, but they rejected. There were no slippers in the room (mentioned in room amenities). The bedroom on the second floor doesn’t have curtains, so there is no privacy at all there. Toilet door and entrance door to the 2-nd floor doesn’t have curtains not have the locks and always open.

Basically loved everything about this hotel with just a few exceptions. We loved how clean it is, there are restaurants and convenince stores right in the premises. One staff in particular was particularly welcoming and accommodating - Mimi from reception. Loved our room and how it’s all very new. The room is exactly as you see it in the photos from the booking sitea. Especially loved the kitchenette. Also the cleaning/housekeeping staff were quite lovely.

Things that we weren’t as happy about: 1. The stairs going up to the bedroom was quite steep. This would be fine for someone in the younger age group, but for those 50 and above and those with bad knees, going up and down those stairs would be tough. 2. The location is a bit far from the area where there are a lot of malls. By this I mean the area around CentralWorld, MBK, Emquartier, OneBangkok etc. The nearest mall here is Central Rama 9 and that place is a messy traffic zone! 3. Which brings me to the most unlikeable part for me - the traffic! Sure there is a nearby MRT for transportation but if you’re using your own vehicle, be ready for long delays sitting in horrible traffic!

Really great place with nice rooms and extrem cool rooftop which has an exceptional view over the city and was often not crowded at all. Same goes for the pool which is really nice and has also a great view. Even the hotel is located in an area that is still a bit empty, you will realize that within a 10 min motorbike ride you have great restaurants and even better nightlife nearby. Only Chinatown and all the temples are a bit far but this was a minor detail as I planned only to relax and enjoy the nightlife. If you are a bigger group/couple and want to use taxi you might need a bit more time to get from A to B but that goes for whole Bangkok, so I wouldn't see it as a minus point. It stayed 6 nights and overall was a great time I would recommend everybody who wants to treat himself and doesn't mind too much (anymore) about the sightseeing.

We arrived at 2.30pm and our room wassnt ready until 4.30pm ,there didnt seem any urgency to clean the room from previous occupants as we sat in the lobby for 2 extra hrs waiting, staff are very friendly but i felt they were quite inexperienced but that will come as is a new hotel. Breakfast was good but basic with only 1 coffee machine that only serves 1 at a time so the wait for a coffee could be awhile in a line, pool area nice but i dont think finished as not much furniture and only 4 pool lounges.Overall a good stay and fair price for being a bit far away from most attraction areas but grabs are cheap. I will definately stay again with my family and look forward to it becoming a class hotel in the future hopefully with proper checkin times adhered too😊

The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which really added to the pleasantness of my stay.

Although the hotel is not far from downtown, do keep in mind the typical Bangkok traffic. However, it was manageable and nothing too crazy. One of the highlights was the wonderful pool on the rooftop—an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment was clean and modern views from the balcony and roof are amazing can see the whole of Bangkok! It’s a little bit out the way the reception can call taxis for you trying to flag something down can be. A struggle or getting back some tuk tuks wanted to drop us off ten fifteen minute walk still to go as there’s no u turns or turn around a for them etc most staff friendly and very helpful but some not so professional or friendly etc 7/11 close by bar on the roof gym and pool all high end

I can't understand some "negative" reviews. Everyone who books the hotel also knows that it is located 8km outside the center. I had a very friendly welcome in good English. My room was 3620 on the 36th floor with a fantastic view. The room was very clean and over two floors. The pool is only one floor up. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant in the complex. No construction sites, no noise. Super chic and modern hotel. Highly to be recommended
