Very friendly staff members, helpful with pretty much anything. It has nice amenities and a variety of foods to choose from. I felt very welcomed and confortable during my stay. Also the swimming pool is a big plus, nice warm water and a way to relax one's mind. Many thaanks to everyone there that made my stay so pleasant! 🙏😊

Maybe the vending machines could be switched to card payment rather than coins.

Comfortable and well equipped room with clean and tidy environment. It’s very nice and relax stay, from food to service are awesome, especially friendly front desk, Porter, restaurant staff and even housekeeping. From the moment I step in hotel till last day, the hotel staff front desk young girls was extremely helpful and friendly (too bad I wasn’t remember her name but one of them is with braces)

The only thing make me feel disappointment with poor standard of the service from room reservation (especially manager) more detail can refer to FOM She absolutely need to improve more for handling guest request or enquiry, not to use the reason of busy or heavy work load. (Email sent 3-4 time with no reply from resv and FOM too) The person who the choose to join this carrier must know how to handle, or else hotel need to input more training on this matter. I urge the management to take immediate action to rectify this issue to ensure that do not happen again in future. I really hope management will take this matter seriously with necessary step to improve the standard of service at your property as it’s bring negative for guest before their trip.

The place was beautiful. The pool area and the lobby were nice as well. Glass walls lift where you can see the pool and appreciate the pool view as you ascend or descend. The room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathtub and shower were excellent. The staff were very helpful, and they assist you in getting a cab.

There was a KFC bucket and chicken bones on the first room they gave me. That was a big turn off for me. The location is a bit far from the tourist areas. I had a terrible time getting a cab from the hotel.

The staff, the 2 younger ladies at the reception, are very friendly, helpful, and smiling. Also, the man that's helped us with the luggage. I didn't catch the name but were lovely, She also helped me to find out places to go and book the taxi. The position of the hotel is good, just 15 and 25 minutes from the 2 airport. The room is very big,massive big. The big pool. The breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large, comfortable room. Good room and laundry service. Large selection of food for breakfast.

The shower cubical could have been cleaner. One light switch didn't work. Poor wi-fi connection in the room (but the hotel provided a portable wi-fi modem that worked well). A bit far from the city centre.

Transportation system. There is no way to communicate from the hotel difficult to go out for the market and roaming around in the city. If somebody will go for only leisure & only stay at hotel, spending good time in the pool then this is perfect. But hotel is excellent. Breakfast spread is amazing. Food quality is very good.

Ive visited a few times, the aircon can be noisy. Coachloads of visitors who do tend to make a bit of noise especially on arrival.

Every thing was so good. Only one thing is the WiFi keep dropping out. But didn't spoil our stay.

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable beds, lovely, big bathroom with bathtub. Huge room with table for eating. The manager in the restaurant is super friendly and even brought us hot latte each day.
