The room is quite new and big for 1 person. The design is also pretty.

The staffs are not friendly. The hotel owner is a bit cold. I couldn’t book a grab at 4am for my flight and the staffs are not available to help with it. The distance from the hotel to the main road is also a bit long.

showers were separate from the toilet which is a plus because it is more efficient when there are more people in the room

very hard to access the streets. when booking a taxi, the taxi would have to reverse out of the street since it is a one-way

Great staff - friendly boss - we had a good talk good shower, basic needs... big beds and big window

It smelled like someone smoked inside the room - I am not sure if this is my fault for not requesting a smoke-free room but it did bother me a bit

The manager was very accommodating and upgraded our room at no extra cost as my girlfriend needed better wifi for teaching.

The upgraded was a lot better than our first room
