the staff were super friendly. the location was good , close to shopping center. restaurant was nice and spacious. clean room

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Bangkok, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel is great. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, polite, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their hospitality was truly incredible. The coffee and croissants served at the hotel were absolutely delicious and made for a wonderful start to my day. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were also exceptional. Our stay was nothing short of excellent, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bangkok. The staff truly made my stay memorable, and their dedication to customer service is outstanding.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is decent. It is quite near the night markets, The One Ratchada and Jodd Fairs. It is near a BIG C supermarket and a shopping mall called The Street Ratchada. Occasionally, there is a night market at The Street.

The room does not keep the noise along the corridor out well.

The staff are amazing, very helpful. They try their best to help out. Big thank you , I have booked another 3 nights with them ,and then I will move to Emerald Hotel, which is closer to my dentist and clovers more of my needs. Comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Area was fairly quiet, considering the location.

The term "balcony" was a bit of a misrepresentation with the AC unit at head height filling half the space and a bush filling most of what was left.

The Ratchada is very close to the dental clinic ( BIDC ) that I was attending in Bangkok. Perfect location, beautiful boutique hotel with great staff, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the famous Night Train Market.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and tidy at all times very pleasant and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like that I had to leave. ☺️ The hotel and staff was brilliant I didn't want to leave. But I will be back to stay here again.

I stayed in the location as had an appointment nearby. Wasn't an area I'd particularly choose as apart from night markets, not much else there. But totally safe.
