The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room is a good size and very modern. Very close to everything. With MRT station Thailand Cultural Centre only about a 5 min walk, there is Big C, KFC, Thai food and a shopping Mall "The Street" close by and if you go one station on the MRT you are at Fortune Town and Central Plaza.

Not much, except the rooms have a little balcony with sliding door, but this cannot be accessed they are locked. My adjustable shower head was broken so would keep sliding down to the lowest setting.

Good beds and pillows. Free water everyday. Friendly staff. Near MRT station and Big C Supermarket. You can find streetfood nearby. Pool.

The street in front of hotel is very noisy. Only a few sunbeds at the pool and no sunshine after 2pm. Breakfast is sets (hamburger, fried rice, sausage and eggs etc), not buffet. You can pick eggs, toast, salad, fruit, cereal and drinks from other table. We stayed 4 nights and 2 mornings they didn't have fruits which sounds odd in Thailand. No reading light in the room.

Breakfast was sufficient however we stayed 7 nights and the breakfast varied little for seven mornings. Would have liked scrambled egg or omelette for a change. Staff were pleasant and nothing was too much for them. Bed very comfortable. Location very suitable for attending BIDC and food stalls close. Security and garage attendants very helpful.

The air conditioning in the foyer of Tower 3 way too cold.

Great place next to blue line metro station . Just in front small local shopping center and great local market, food and souveneers. Rooms clean and comfortable. Outside of crazyness of the city but close to everything. Perfect to not feel like a pure tourist.

It seems like there is nit much to do in the hotel it self but I did not need much, so it is fine for me. More of an place to sleep ang go out.

Above all from the cleanliness, towels looking good, clean sheets the room was clean, reception looking good air conditioning

Being a non-smoking hotel, I sometimes felt in the corridor leading to my room the smell of cigarettes, a smell that was constant, another situation that I can point out, the hotel is aimed at the Chinese or Korean public, so breakfast is not continental, there are no fruits, cheese, a greater variety in the buffet which limited the options to Asian food.

The location is near the Thailand Cultural Center, which we needed. The room is simple but clean. Breakfast is included and It is until 10.30 am. The parking is covered, which is convenient in case of rain. It is very good value for money.

Add toothbrushes/toothpaste to the rooms.

Always a good experience with prom ratchadah hotel , when I was here in Bangkok only one choice staying just prom ratchadah,, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful specially security staff bell staff and breakfast staff ❤️

Just one Strict Rules? 😔 If my flight early arrival reception not corporation, room get after 2 pm , three time experience I waiting 6 hours waiting in lobby sofas

The hotel room is very clean and bright. The bathroom is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. My dad is on wheelchair. The staff always helped pushing the wheelchair and keeping the lift. The location is great. Big C is in front of the hotel. 7/11, market, night market are just 5-10’ away. The area is lively also in the evening.

Everything was nice - room was clean and comfortable, staff was kind and helpful, close the metro station and market.

I thought that we booked room with a view, but it was view on the back side of shopping moll 🙈

Clean room, friendly staffs, good location, just a few minutes of walk to supermarket, malls, night market and MRT station

The short cut gate to the hotel is closed by The supermarket company by 12 am so you have to walk quite a distance to reach the hotel after midnight
