We had a really warm welcome with kind and obliging employees! The room is very clean, and has everything needed. Even as the next train station is quite away, we used the water taxi boats from Soi Thong Lo Pier (5 mins by feet) to get from A to B and skip trains to have a really cool experience for little money.

The location of the hotel is for sure a bit offside, BUT: This didn't affect our stay at the hotel for a short-trip to Bangkok as you don't go from A to B by feet that often here in Thailand (as we learned the hard way).

Pleasant and very professional reception, good facilities, good buffet breakfast and especially the (very) good and comfortable 24h-open inhouse restaurant.

Very urbanized neighbourhood with heavy traffic, few sidewalks and very little shade (which is true for Bangkok in general). That said, traffic noise was effectively blocked by the surrounding highrise buildings and was not audible inside the hotel. The hotel is actively trying to improve the views by planting (young) trees in the space available.

This is the second time we've used this hotel because we needed to visit the Bangkok International Hospital. The reason its a great choice is for the location as its within walking distance of the hospital so very convenient. Decent price and very comfortable beds for our somewhat 'functional' visit to Bangkok

We stayed in the 'Boutique' part of the hotel which is next to the main 'A one hotel' - it seemed a little more run down and dated compared to the main facility in its exterior decor however the room itself was absolutely fine and very clean so no major issues there

I went to Bangkok Hospital for medical checkup. The location is just perfect. I am not getting paid to write this. The concierge were friendly when dropping me to the hospital. Everyone is really friendly! Just beyond words. I was very much worried about my health issues but the hotel environment completely healed me. Even the kitchen staff greeted me with a smile. Please bear in mind one thing that they may be little weak in English but that's all fine because they treat you with a smile ☺

Easy parking. Good swimming pool. Comfy beds. Good shower. 7-11 and ATM nearby. Friendly staff. CLose to hospital

Make it clearer whether our rooms are in the bigger part or the newer part. Roads leading up to the hotel are busy and very small. Deposit needed in cash. Walk to hospital is possible but not all on pavement.

When we do check out in the morning, the 2 staffs are so bad, no speaking one word with clients, returning my deposit 2000THB with unwanted. No upgrade room, my view room face to a laundry building. (small room, noisy at night, always wet in bathroom )

Check inn very good, staff excellent(reception, restaurant and gym/pool instructor. I recommend the breakfast, they do good coffee and will make you an omelette. Enjoyed some good Thai dishes and some American options(they had pancakes; sausages, chicken/pork) Staff organized the taxi at check out, very good again.

I needed to deposit 2,000 baht for security. No footpath on the road nearby, road users are generally conscientious though but their vision is impaired as its a corner turn. Arriving and leaving by taxi like me can avoid this outcome.

We really liked the Bell boy Santi.w (Tommy). He was a very helpful, kind and honest guy. The best thing was to drop off and pickup to the hospital was free. And the Bell boy honestly told us it's free. Breakfast was amazing and lovely staff. The laundry and 7 eleven was just around the corner.

Lovely hotel. I didn't realise it wasn't well located for public transport if you're on foot. But otherwise good. The staff were a little odd at checkin. I arrived around 4pm and they said my room wasn't ready!!! It wasn't like I'd arrived early.

Location is outskirts of main Bangkok. It is very near the bangkok hospital. I think this is a hotel for many hospital tourists, as there are hourly shuttles to and from the hospital

Reception is slightly rude in the main building. Second building reception is VERY good.
