The meals at Bangkok Atrium were always delicious, whether it was room service or ordered in the restaurant. The service staff were very welcoming and delightful.

The hotel location was a bit of a challenge when traveling out to tour the city. The BTS/MRT was approximately 1km away when walking. Ordering Grab rides had its challenges due to traffic jams in front of the hotel. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

It was big hotel in prime location. Not very expensive either. Food was good too

This was a great stay for my short visit to Bangkok. The location was ideal for navigating around the city. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options for special diets, meat lovers, international preferences, and everything in between. The room was clean, comfortable, had great views of the city and solid wifi. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also had a great gym - lots of equipment, spacious and clean. I will stay here the next time I visit the city.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. The room service food was just okay so I'd recommend it as a last resort in comparison to ordering food or going out. But no real complaints otherwise.

Beautiful hotel. Great facilities, the cleanest changing room which also had sauna. Our room was incredible, much much better than even in the pictures. Bathroom likewise. The breakfast spread was heavenly, especially for us considering we are vegetarians. Loved every bit of it.

The only thing I can think of is the location. It is not bad, but it is not the best. It is 800m from the nearest subway/metro station. The hotel does provide shuttle service to the station periodically.

Spacious and clean: The room was big, and the bathroom was even more spacious than expected. Everything was spotless. Quiet despite construction: There was some construction going on outside, but being on a high floor meant it wasn’t an issue noise-wise. Great location: Super convenient — there’s a 7-Eleven just around the corner, plus a massage place and hairdresser nearby. Great for quick stops and relaxation

Ongoing construction: While it didn’t bother me, it might be worth noting for guests on lower floors.

A wonderful hotel for a reasonable budget! The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean and quiet. I loved it.

We used the laundry service, and I find it unacceptable to pay over $100 to clean 8 underwear items, 4 shorts, and 2 T-shirts!! The price was more expensive than a night at the hotel for just a few items—never seen anything like it! Another point: there are free shuttles to the metro station, but only at certain times. Not even a shuttle in the middle of the afternoon at 3 PM? Or 5 PM? but overall regarding the rest this hotel is perfect !

Good property . Has all basic amenities etc . Located close to 7*11 and few restaurants.

We arrived at 10.45 am . The hotel had lot of free rooms . But didn't allow early check-in. Later we realised they wanted extra money . So had to pay ard 1200 bath extra just to checkin 2 hours before . The staff r trained to keep selling . Didn't book breakfast . They pushed us to buy breakfast for 1 day . Which we did but it was horrible . Also one evening , ordered margarita pizza . It was the most horrible pizza I ever ate . The swimming pool is on lower floor and there is no view from pool

- Parking elevator has malfunction buttons, which is very annoying as sometimes you can't press the button to get to the lobby floor. This is very basic maintenance that needs to be fixed ASAP. - the shower is a little too small, and the door can't be shut completely - so, the water leaks out.

Loved the pool, everything was clean. Staff are very nice, we had some issues with the bathroom and it was solved in 10min, also with the entrance card but it was also easily solved. You are 13min walk away from MR line subway Phetchaburi. The location was perfect for us because we went to Siam Sonkran Festival 2025 for 3 days (in Bravo BKK) and it's a 10 min walk from the hotel!
