Amazing stay at the best affordable price! Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained. Breakfast is amazing too. Each room comes with a bathtub and it was just perfect. Walking distance to MRT. Best choice you could make.

Was very lucky to get this lovely hotel at a discounted rate for our 3 night stay in Bangkok. Very nice attentive staff who spoke good English and went the extra mile, such as one lady named Dream on reception who overheard us discussing where to go first after checking in and she gave us a map of the immediate area around the hotel as well as a great detailed printed map of Bangkok which was better than the Lonely Planet map I had bought in the UK before travelling! Huge room with twin large beds, robes, slippers, with two armchairs and a small table as well as lots of counter desk space for anyone who might need to work while staying there. large modern bathroom with bathtub and separate large enclosed shower. The infinity pool on the 12th floor is quite small but looks nice and offers good views (we intended to use the pool and spa but didn't have time in the end). One evening we did have a few drinks in the rooftop bar on the same floor, which was quiet and relaxing and not too expensive for a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location is good as while it's on a very busy main road, it's a short walk to the nearest MRT metro station and only one metro stop the BTS sky train interchange at Asok, making it very easy to get around a lot of Bangkok by public transport. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms are a great size, the staff were friendly, the gym and swimming pool are great, and I enjoyed the food at the pool bar.

I did feel like the floor area in my room, especially by the door, could have been a bit cleaner. Also, the room looks a little "tired" - perhaps a new paint job or redecoration would freshen it up a bit.

Beautiful, spacious hotel with excellent service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout my stay. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was superb — comfortable, well-appointed, and very relaxing. The ground-floor bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the prices were on the higher side. The hotel is situated on a main road; while there’s an MRT station within walking distance, the immediate area doesn’t offer much else in terms of attractions or amenities. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and facilities — ideal if you value comfort and don’t mind being a little removed from the city’s livelier neighborhoods.

My recent stay at The Luxury of the Lancaster was truly memorable, not just for its amenities but for the exceptional humanity displayed by the staff. I had the pleasure of staying in the premiere suite, and I was genuinely impressed with the spacious apartment-like decor. The highlight was certainly the incredible whirlpool tub, which came with stunning views—perfect for relaxation. One unique touch that stood out was the Phai Lin welcome tea, which added a special atmosphere to my arrival. The doormen were consistently attentive, ensuring my bags were handled, doors were opened, and I was greeted with care as I came and went. During my stay, I extended my time there twice, despite having other options available. The experience at Lancaster made it an easy choice for me. Although my final days had some hiccups, the staff's responsiveness was commendable. They handled the situation with professionalism and grace, making sure to do everything possible to turn my experience around. Overall, The Luxury of the Lancaster has left a lasting impression on me, solidifying it as my top choice for future visits and a recommendation for my family and friends.

Having stayed and enjoyed the standard double rooms a number of times I had no hesitation booking again and this time got upgraded to a fabulous apartment! Same super comfortable Super king Bed and large, well connected smart TV and separate marble tiled bathroom with deep bath and separate powerful shower. Bed bath and shower overlook the length of Phetchaburi Road from the 17th floor so not traffic noise. The large lounge with sectioned living, work, eating and food prep areas was comfortably and stylishly furnished and equipped to the normal high standards of this fine hotel.

The hotel deserved a really good rating. As soon as you entered the hotel there was an element of elegance. The room was spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean and included a large bath if required. The facilities at the hotel were extremely good including the gymnasium sauna steam room and pool. The club lounge although not particularly busy was a nice location to enjoy a quiet drink and snack during the day/evening. If I was traveling back to Bangkok, I would certainly have no hesitation in rebooking this hotel, and it deserves a rating of nine out of 10 .

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent daily cleaning service. The view from our room was perfect, adding to the overall experience. The location was also great—just a few minutes' walk to the tube station, where you can easily catch a train to the airport or take the metro to the city center.

The rooms lacked soundproofing, and our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which made it quite uncomfortable—we could hear people as if they were in our own space. We were even woken up in the middle of the night by very loud shouting. The early check-in policy was very strict. Despite arriving in the middle of the night and the rooms being ready, we were made to wait until exactly 6 AM to get the keys—not even 10 minutes earlier. After a long journey, this didn’t feel very welcoming. A bit more flexibility in such cases would greatly improve the experience.
