We booked two rooms. Both were really clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to sleep very well. The reception staff are always smiling and very helpful. The singers of the first floor bar are really good ! There is a night market and a MRT station just next to the hotel.

When renting several rooms you have to pay a deposit for each room + the number of nights you stay. That's too much money to put up. It's not reassuring upon arrival. The swimming pool closes too early! We never had the chance to swim. The last breakfast we had to have on another floor (because it was too busy) and the choice was less. We weren't able to book a massage (probably too crowded during Lunar New Year). There are always traffic jam near the hotel.

I loved the location, being right beside the MRT, and very, very close to Sukhumvit. I also really appreciated the hotel facilities, with sauna, onsen, spa, and pool, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast spread every morning, but most of all, I was blown away by the ever smiling and incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Aom, Jin, Noey, Chit, and EQ in the bar, Fah and intern Banana in the breakfast lounge, and of course the superstar Laksi in reception. Each and everyone of these staff members, and everyone else employed in the hotel made my stay at the Avani a delight. If anything, the new hotel owners have improved the service levels from before, and that is no mean feat. A 5⭐ stay 👏🏼👏🏼

The relocation of the Street Night Market which was beside Rama 9 shopping mall, although there are two other Markets within a very short distance, including the famous Chatuchak (JJ) weekend, and One Ratchada night markets.

very convenient and comfortable on check out, due to earthquake- Conceirge Khun Non assisted us to get a taxi to airport ; he carried 4 luggages across the congested main road for us. He tirelessly helped me to find a taxi and used his personal phone to get a grab car for us. Great initiative and he went outside his scope of service to assist us. Shout out to Khun Non for excellent service. I call him - my guardian angel. Thank you Khun Non for keeping us safe !! We managed to reach the airport in time for our flight homeZ

I stayed at the Avani Hotel for a week and was extremely satisfied, especially with the location, which is truly unbeatable. You have everything within reach, and even when it rains, there are plenty of things to do nearby. However, what made my experience even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to two staff members who went above and beyond. Nui, who always took great care in cleaning my room and was incredibly helpful in suggesting local restaurants and activities. And Noei, who worked at the pool bar, was always kind and available, making every moment spent there even more enjoyable. These small gestures really make a difference and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Avani Hotel for anyone looking not only for a convenient location but also for warm and personalized service.

On a less positive note, there were times when groups of guests would gather in the lobby, behaving quite rudely and noisily, which was a bit unpleasant and disruptive. This is something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a more peaceful environment.

Tou, Mimmie and Tan at reception were amazing. Tou upgraded us to a better suite and it was beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble and was smiling the whole time. The girls in the club lounge couldnt do enough for you. The suite was very big and the bed was the most comfortable one we slept in this is the best hotel in Bangkok if you are staying right next to a large shopping centre and markets better than staying in Chinatown. We stayed there the first night and it was nothing like this hotel. If i could i would have given it an 11 star rating and the staff and Tou a 12 star . Thank you for looking after us

Location was away from the bars & street life however there were markets close by & a simple metro ride to the bars if you wished to - the pool area was fantastic (little sun but I think that helped because it would be so hot) Noi the bar person there was lovely- spa & plunge pool were great at no extra charge- massage facilities were there as well 👍🏼

I didn’t like the bathroom set up - for me the shower door opens out to the wrong way into the narrow part of the bathroom- once you see it you’ll know what I mean - you couldn’t have the bath mat directly out from the shower door as there was no room to stand on it almost under the vanity- anyway that was the only problem

It was very conveniently located. Opposite to the Central mall with everything you might need: streetfood, 2 foodcourts, restaurants, lots of shopping options,.. right next to another foodcourt and supermarket(Tesco's), and a big electronic mall. Opposite to Jodd fairs. Right above Rama9 subway. Many 7elevens nearby. The bar/cafe in the lobby sells yummy cakes. We got a free room upgrade and the room was very spacious.

The facilities are a but outdated. The fridge was not cold, limited wifi, bathroom moldy. But the bed was 5 stars and aircon was cold as I like it.

The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Easily accessible by train from the airport and good metro links to the city. Also if you’re looking to get a Grab taxi, you can get picked up from right outside. We were able to get an early check in for a half day charge which was perfect after a long flight and the amazing staff even upgraded our room for us at no extra charge. Make sure to use the pool and get cheaper drinks during the happy hour. Overall a great experience, I would definitely come back! Thank you to the Grand Fortune Hotel for having us.
