We can stay in an above-average hotel at an affordable price.

The walls are thin so we can hear so noisy sound from hallway in the morning. Because there are many Chinese people here, you possibly get tired of their noisyness.

What a fantastic hotel. It's location is ideal. Close to shops and local restaurants and to the night market but at night still offers peace and quiet. The hotel facilities are new and clean with very friendly staff.

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel on anything. The stay at Neuf was really enjoyable.

Stayed here for 30 days. Good location. ~700m to Phra Rama 9 MRT station/Fortune Town/Central Rama (with huge food court). 400m to Lotus. Has two nearby 7-eleven stores (like 1-2 minute walk), laundry, pharmacy, some cafes/restaurants (nice Korean BBQ buffet just right next door) and a lot of street food. The building looks and feels new. Rooms are fresh and clean. Room cleaning, new towels, two bottles of water everyday. Also free water/coffee/tea and microwave in the lobby. Shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, room slippers included. Bed sheets/feet towel (carpet) change by request. The bed was comfortable. Floor/lift access only by room keycard. Our room had good lighting with multiple switchers, blackout curtains and good AC (no smell). Super friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Lobby available 24/7. Internet (WiFi) speed 20Mbps download/10Mbps upload (good signal on the whole territory of the hotel). You get a new password voucher every 7 days at the lobby. There’s a big smart TV with Android in each room with built in streaming apps (YouTube/Netflix/Amazon Prime etc.). You can install a browser from play store if needed. Good parking (during our stay there was always a vacant spot).

Like someone said here, sometimes water in the shower not going out. But the drain grate (grill) is easily removable (it’s not fixed), so no problem with cleaning it yourself (or you can always ask the staff to help). Sound isolation between rooms is ok, but the entrance door is not. So you can hear the sounds from the hall sometimes. No sidewalks on the nearby roads, but it’s a global regional thing. So it was not a problem for us.

It had easy parking and beautiful layout with good security. Even though the room wasn't very big, it was big enough for our small crib. It was a great place for the price!

It took a while for the room to cool down. I think this was just due to the bathroom being open to the outside. The bathroom also smelled kind of like smoke (also probably because of the small bathroom window and fan to the outside). Other than those things, it was great!

The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bangkok. Rooms are big enough, and there's a 24/7 concierge system. They clean the room every day.

Location is OK, but it's not easy to get around Bangkok from there. Limited bus and metro options, and loads of traffic on the main roads next to it. Not many ancillary services are available (e.g., no laundry service).

This was my third stay at this hotel and it has become my favourite hotel in Bangkok. The bed is very big and comfortable. Free bottled water every day. Great air conditioner. Great bathroom, especially the shower which is important to me. The room itself is huge. The staff are always excellent. I really cannot fault this hotel.

Nothing except the minimal amount of clothes hangers.

It's a convenient stay. However, the area is highly congested and full of traffic. The eateries nearbuy are both affordable and offer good quality. The distance to major tourist locations is a significant factor to consider as many of them are quite far away. Rama 9 mall is at walking distance. In the evening one can go to the Jodd Fair. Good for family- for fun and enjoyment -its not the right choice.

Everything! A hidden gem, very close to Central Rama 9 station and Shopping centre, and Fortune Center. Outside looks like alleyways in Japan, loads of food options which closes into the early hours of the night. Room was exactly how it looks, very clean and very nice. 2nd best shower for in Thailand, actual Hot Water. Fab hotel. Great Price!

Everything perfect , exept location

Location very good, near MRT But if you walk to hotel, streets are narrow without sidewalk , and need to be very carefull that cars or bikes dont run over you... Specially section at 7/11

Clean, nice staff, good location not far from the metro (also easy to get to both airport). Some cheap but good stalls and cafes nearby. Great AC, no problems with water.

You just need to keep in mind that it's not been renovated for quite some time. It looks good though. Definitely worth its money.
