I truly enjoyed my stay at Sitara. The staff and Mr. Sunil were terrific, as he helped me with my Early Check-In request. The rooms were clean and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. I would recommend Sitara to others. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, adding to the convenience. Although the hotel doesn't have its swimming pool, there is one just a 5-minute walk away, which was great.

This is my second time staying at this place. I think the facilities are good for the price. The room is spacious. It offers the basic things you need. It is also nice to have access to a washing machine or drinks at the entrance in the apartment complex.

Only the second time I noticed that the cleanliness of the room was a bit behind. It did not smell good and needed some airing. There was also a lot of dust. I remember it was better a year ago in this regard. The pillows on the bed are also very soft and there are only two.

The staff was great! They were always very nice, helpful, & professional :D It was easy to check-in & any time we needed anything, the staff was right on top of it. Also, I was injured just before arriving and I asked if they could put a mattress topper on the bed to make it softer and they accommodated my needs right away! :D The daily housekeeping was a huge bonus too! Highly recommend! :D

I guess I would have liked a little bit of a better bathroom setup. The toilet was closer to the shower than I liked & the shower nozzle kept falling so it made it difficult to get clean. But these are really just personal preference. Other than that, this place is a great find :)

The spacious room and excellent facilities made it feel just like home! They provide daily housekeeping throughout your stay, which goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. It’s also truly affordable, especially in such a commercial area. Accessible to malls, convenience stores, eateries, tourist spots!

The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the Phra Ram 9 metro station, which might feel a bit far for some. However, there are convenient alternatives such as TukTuk, taxis, Uber, or local ride-hailing services to reach the location. Personally, I’m accustomed to walking, so it wasn’t an issue for me. That said, it might be considered a bit distant from the metro for others.

We stayed at Sitara for 7 nights, and we absolutely loved it. The room itself is both spacious and extremely comfortable. It really is almost a self sustaining apartment built to live in. We also requested to have the cooking facilities added to our room, with the cooktop provided we were able to cook a few simple dishes. The washing facilities provided are also extremely convenient and well thought out, each floor has its own washing machine for 30 baht. The room also came with a large amount of clothes hanger as well as a drying rack which was helpful. This was great as previous hotels we have stayed at have only ever 2-3 clothes hangers max. The location was in such a lovely area (hotel also had 24 hour security) of Bangkok, you’re really tucked away in a very local area. You wouldn’t get to see this side of Bangkok if you stayed anywhere else, we felt extremely safe walking around this area at nighttime too. Additionally, the hotel also provides an hourly tuktuk service which runs to the MRT station (which is also connected to a large shopping mall), if you happen to miss the tuktuk it is only a 10 minute quick walk. Above all else though, the staff and owners were great. The staff were incredibly kind towards us during our stay, nothing was ever too much to ask. I also spoke to the owners a handful of times, and you could tell straight away just how much they cared about their hotel, they were truely proud of their business, and rightly so!

Location was good the staff were very helpful and courteous. The bed was good the room was clean. Clothes washing facility available. Free transport available to main street to access train station and major shopping strip. Overall good and i have no hesitation in recommending this place for the price, it is great value for money.

I have nothing negative to say only that key cards instead of keys would be an improvement but not the end of the world. I will stay again when i return.

We like almost all of the facilities though we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of them all because we are off to our convention event and the planned tour around Bangkok. The whole room is very spacious, there's plenty of space for our baggage and things. My wife could hardly believe that I booked that kind of hotel. The staff are pleasant and well accommodating to us.

The air condition unit was during the first and second night because there was a leakage causing water to drop from the aircon unit onto the floor, especially during the second night. But it was addressed right away when we reported it to the staff the following day. They simply cleaned the unit. The security guard assigned was very hard to talk with, and could hardly communicate with because of the language barrier (could hardly speak or understand English).

Wonderful clean apartment with everything you need for the perfect stay in Bkk. We had just finished a trip around Cambodia and really wanted to rest up. This was the perfect place to do this. Even had a washing machine and dryer you could use on every floor, we found this incredibly useful. Staff were excellent and came to clean our room everyday. There is a free Tuk Tuk to take you to the station, easy ride to all the tourist sites Lots of restaurants nearby, plenty of food options and the malls a 5 min walk. 711 at the end of the road. We liked it so much we stayed longer. The Owner was a really nice man, he really made sure his guests had everything they needed. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Bkk.

There was nothing to dislike

The location and the service is excellent. The location is close to a train station and two huge malls (central phra 9). They also take you there by tuk tuk for FREE. Oh and its next to a 711 of course haha. Amazing cleaning service and the staff were super nice. I also took advantage of their gym which had all of the necessities for a workout. The room is big and clean and perfect for a family or a solo traveller like myself.

Superb hotel, could not recommend higher - I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that were significantly worse. Lots of parking space, very friendly owner and staff. Perfect location for me as I was visiting Bangkok Hospital. Free TukTuk service during the day to the local transit stop. No restaurant but there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was lovely - clean and quiet with a fridge/freezer which is unusual to find! Somewhere to store my ice!

The only very slight downside was the A/C at night was a little noisy as I am a light sleeper. It wasn't noisy enough to disturb my partner though! We both found the pillows were too soft for our particular liking, but received two additional ones within minutes of asking!
