Great value for money given the location Rooms are very spacious and air-conditioned 7-11 a few meters away Close to Phra Ram 9 MRT and Fortune Town as well as Central Rama 9 Gym a bit basic and if you ask nicely they will give you the keys to use it before 8am Good street food options either direction of the hotel Fortune Town has a lot of great food options too

Front office staff can be a bit rude at times The room needed a good deep clean, especially the shower glass Basin plug didn't seal English TV stations are very limited but did manage to find 3 news channels

It has been 4 years now, that we have one or 2 stays in this hotel at each time we travel to Thailand. We always appreciate the very convenient location close to phra ram 9 shops, mrt station and restaurants. We always appreciate the big sized room and the perfect cleanliness..

The quality/price ratio remains very good but progressively, small things are removed from the service: last year, the coffee and sugar pods were removed. This year, in addition, spoons for coffee cups are missing as well. We are looking forward to next year's "surprise" 😏

Very clean hotel, conveniently located close to Phra ram 9 MRT and commercial center with many shops and restaurants. Rooms are large and include a real refrigerator and a kitchen sink (nevertheless, attention please, there is no "real" kitchen with appliances like stove, plates, cooking tools etc). There is a kettle and 2 cups, allowing to have the breakfast, assuming you buy food at the 7-11 shop located just downstairs. AC works well and is silent. All rooms have a safe locker.

Equipment is minimal. - Only "Executive luxury" rooms have 2 chairs in addition to the couch. - Almost nothing to conveniently store the content of your luggage (in particular, no closed warrobe). No breakfast is available at this hotel. This is regrettable; with breakfast available, this hotel would be close to excellence.

Accidentally left behind curious george towel and they found it and saved it for us for one whole week Very lovely staff We loved the security guard at the carpark also. He was so nice. They did room service daily The room noise is not their fault its motorcycle not avoidable Local area is great very authentic we liked it and had good thai food and #1 coconut shake in all of Thailand Thank you

Mangosteen not allowed Elevator shuts too fast

For 10+ years, I used to come to another hotel located 50m from this one. For same price and excellent location, I got a so better value for similar price! I highgly recommend this hotel; starting now, it will become my "base camp" when coming to BKK.

Just, there is no restaurant and no breakfast in the morning and it would really be great to have this service; this while, it is very clear in hotel description that this service is not delivered. Also note that it is easy to buy foo d nearby, so it is not really a big issue to not have breakfast service.

The location is superb, and the room is huge compared to most hotels. The staff at the reception are very nice and friendly and the guard at the reception is super friendly and helpful.

Wish the hotel had a small cafe and also if they would provide small face towels.

Very comfy bed ,clean and big room. Very friendly staff at front desk and security.

We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the traffic early so no sleep in lol. Also our room was directly opposite the lift some guests were a bit too noisy no consideration of anyone else. No fault of the hotel.

Location was great, walking distance to MRT/ Fortune Town and Central Rama Plaza. Close to the Jodd Fair Night Market Utilised the Rose Travel Taxi Service for Early morning pick up to airport. Din Daeng is great place to stay on the outskirts of Sukhumvit/ inner Bangkok districts. Easy to get to and walking distance from the top of the street.

Bed was quite firm It is a standard Thai style hotel w tiled floors/ shower had hot water unit Rooms are bigger than standard hotel w couch/TV and Kitchenette Complimentary Water provided daily Overall we stayed 2 nights and was great,

It was nice place Had wifi, despite their site stating it didn't. 24 hr desk so it seems they check any time, the site says between 2 and 6 pm.

Lack of response to emails etc about check in. In the end we just turned up at midnight not knowing if we had a room. All was well in the end.

The room was very big, little balcony, very friendly staff, nice and clean, big fridge, rv and kettle, bed was firm, excellent location for shopping and for me to do my visa., close to mrt. 711 next door.
