This hotel is like a little piece of heaven in the middle of a really busy local street. As soon as you enter the lobby, you’re hit with a refreshing AC air and really nice smells. The customer service is top notch and they’re all really nice. The rooms are big enough and really clean. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the subway and the Rama 9 mall so there’s always something to eat and you can go anywhere around town from here.

The local streets outside are quite hectic, but nothing you should worry about too much, because it’s really quiet once I get inside a hotel.

A very nice welcome by three people- 2 guys and 1 lady. Very efficient with answering my questions. Great staff. It was only a one night stay but it was very handy for being close to the theatre that i was going to. A very comfortable room with all the facilities and a wonderful bathroom. The restaurant is bright and airy and again the lady on duty was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and plentiful. If I had to offer some advice it would be to have an egg station.The fried eggs were warm at best and this was my only disappointment in what was a great stay.. I would mention that the lady receptionist- Ping- Ping was excellent- very friendly,efficient and the right sort of person to welcome the guests to the Hotel.

As I said above the breakfast would have been better with freshly cooked eggs but overall I was pleased with my choice of Hotel

Daily housekeeping, clean and modern hotel. Comfortable beds with kettle, coffee and tea and microwave in the room. Nice little swimming pool to cool off. We ate breakfast once in the hotel which had a nice choice, but usually went next door to Butty Butty.

No seating pads on the chairs by the pool which was odd. A bar/coffee shop on site would have been nice, but you can stock up your fridge with cold drinks so not a massive problem. We were a little way from the metro, but found a great taxi app called Bolt to order taxis (which turned out cheaper for a family of 3 then the train!).

I like the staff and how friendly they are very much. The hotel rooms and pool are very clean, and the hotel is located centrally near the MRT. It's also very nice that it has a parking lot, so when my work colleagues come to pick me up they can easily park their car.

I find that there are a lot of tourists that lounge around the lobby in an impolite way, they'll remove their shoes and put their feet up on the couches, spread their food out messily and eat loudly. It's unappealing. There is a second floor with conference rooms and dining tables that they could use, and so I wish the staff would refer them to go up there rather than disturb the peaceful and quiet nature of the lobby.

The staff were amazing

I guess because of the location there was alot of Chinese guests. The Chinese guests refused to abide by the rule of non smoking. Our room smelt of smoke. The whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. We complained immediately and the staff tried their best to assist and provide air circulator and fresh spray. Hotel was full so no where to move our room to. The next day was better. I think the smokers left.

In the check in room, there is a very strong smell of air freshener or perfume . The strong smell of perfume made me sick. Your hotel is very clean. You don‘t need to use perfume which some old hotel used to cover up moldy smell. Everything else is terrific. Thank you for your consideration on this issue. I believe , it should be some other people that have the same problem as I have. I will return to stay at your hotel sometimes. I always a big fan of Best Western hotel in USA and some other country.

During my stay at the hotel, I had an absolutely amazing experience. No smoking rooms

I really liked the property! The pool was clean and warm, which made for a relaxing experience. The location was also great, close to street food, walking streets, and big malls, making it very convenient. Plus, the place smelled great and was exceptionally clean.

The HDMI cable was too short, so I couldn’t connect my MacBook to the TV easily. When I first entered the room, there was a noticeable moisture smell, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, there was no toothbrush provided in the bathroom

The property was modern and felt new. The staff were always eager to help and we felt completely taken care of. They even called my mum a grab on their phone and one of the staff members went outside with her to make sure she got in and spoke to the driver for her. Although there weren’t any toiletries in the bathroom they offered anything you needed for free including lotion by calling reception.

Breakfast wasn’t very adventurous so we skipped it after a few days. Iron and ironing board wasn’t in the room you had to ask for it. And the electricity went out a few nights but wasn’t a big deal as I was already in bed.
