Very friendly and polite staff at the reception desc, you can come to them with any question and they will try their best to help you! Big pool on the roof, gym with machines and free weights, sky bar, terrace, laundry service (they can also iron your clothes for a small price). There are several 7/11 around, many local caffees. Personally I enjoyed the area with small streets, there are always people around, even at night. Very big room! I was a lucky to get a quiet one where I slept like a baby.

Cups in the room were not clean when I checked in... Toilet too, I don't know why.

All the staff at this apartel were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We couldn't have wished for better. We loved the food in the restaurant and being able to eat our meals up on the roof or in the SkyBar each evening was wonderful.

Witchuwan is an older apartel and needs a bit of refurbishment but it has everything you need and is great value for money.

-incredible facilities & lovely room with city view -amazing rooftop pool & amenities + sunset -staff practiced Thai language with me -they are kind to the neighbor cats (& so were we) -nice location easy easy access to transport -yoga & dance studios nearby -quiet sleepy time -daily clean, free water and towels -nice gym and yoga area

-sauna only open 3 hours a day -stained carpet but they did clean daily -only have washing machine, no dryer or place to hang clothes but many places near by

The infinity pool has to be the number one reason most people choose this property, along with friendly staff, plus delicious and local price (cheap) food in the restaurant.

General cleaning can always be better in bathrooms, mirrors and sink/tabs are famously missed in most hotels of this category and carpets need a regular carpet shampoo apart from the normal vacuuming . Occupancy is always high so it may take a while before they get to it.

We appreciated the nice and welcoming staff. Very nice and kind with us. Everything was easy with them. The flat was big and clean. It was very quiete. Our kids loved the swimming pool on the rooftop. The beds were very confortables. We loved the nightmarket of Jodd Fairs very closes to the hotel.

The metro station or taxis were not far away (900m) but it was almost impossible to walk with our kids in the small streets full of traffics. We managed to take tuktuk everytime just in front of the hotel but it added a transport to take before the metro. If you want to visit tourist's places in BKK, they are not very closed but easy to reach my metro.

Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful, everyone of them - reception, cleaning lady, the ladies in the restaurant are very nice. They cleaned room every day 🙏 room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and sofa, big wardrobe, coffee/tea, water. Gym is amazing! It’s big and has a lot of machines. Pool on the roof is also nice.

The pool is amazing, and the staff was really nice.

The room felt a little dark and dingy because the window was obstructed by a dark screen, and the room didn't have a proper hair dryer in it.. I borrowed a hair dryer from the front desk for my stay, but it was awkward to use as it was one of those ones meant to be mounted on the bathroom wall but it wasn't mounted on a wall so the case just hung in the air.

Although the property is located a bit deep into some smaller streets, it's a pretty quiet place and still had a few options nearby for food etc. The room was large and extremely clean, and the facilities were unique... there is a rooftop pool and lounge area with some of the best views (at this price) of the city I've ever seen, and although I didn't find it apparently they also have a massage service and restaurant, too.

Because of the location there were not any motorbike taxis nearby when I needed one, and the online taxi that I booked had trouble finding the entrance due to poor Google Maps directions. And, although the room was large and clean, the bed was rather old and not very comfortable. They also required a very large 1,000 baht "key deposit" which was more expensive than the actual room, and seemed a bit unprofessional and excessive. Also, I had understood that their rooftop bar was open until 10pm every night but it was closed when I checked (but the lounge area was open).

The room was huge, comfy bed and coffee and kettle in the room is always appreciated. The pool and gym facilities are great and the rooftop deck has a stunning view. Close to the train station. Really friendly and welcoming staff.
