I can not describe how happy I am to stay here. The hospitality is amazing, the staffs are super nice. First of all, the property is new and fresh. Having a green japanese style garden in the front, making the ambience so calm despite the location is in the city and nearby a big road. I stayed in the superior room, which is already spacious. They provide water dispenser so you can drink all you want even refill your own tumbler before traveling. In the room, there are plenty of cabinet and drawers so you can organize you stuffs very comfortably AND also two doors refrigerator! Super nice. I love the scent of the room and the toiletries they use, it’s good in quality, although it is still considered as budget hotel. What amazed me so much is how attentive and caring and genuine they are when providing service. I truly appreciated the decoration and the smile when I first came. Lastly, it is only 5 comfortable minutes away from JODD Fair and MRT Phra Ram 9.

The hotel was amazing! Super relaxing and chill, loved the whole place and how green it is. 15 minutes walking from the metro station and had a 711 5 minutes walking from there. Rooms were super spacious, the bathroom was fine and everything was very clean and the water distributor was a live saving for us. Everyone at the reception was great and helped us a lot with recommendations, taxis and they even kept our suitcase when we travel around Thailand. Also the laundry service 10/10. Had an amazing experience and we're returning in a week or so.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, including the communal areas. I loved how it is so environmentally friendly, and the free water, both cool and boiling on each floor, is a nice touch. The rooms are very large and are bright and airy. The staff are also extremely friendly and very helpful.

You will need to get a taxi to more central areas, as it's situated a bit further out. Taxis are very cheap though, so it wasn't an issue for me.

The hotel is very conveniently located as it is just ten minutes' walk away from the nearest MRT/subway stop (Blue Line) , from where you can easily reach most major attractions in town, not to mention that the station from where the train to the airport departs is only one subway stop away. The facility is new and comfortable and the inner court is really nice. The staff at the reception are very considerate, so much so that they even helped me book a train ticket. Their laundry service is the best I've ever come across in terms of value for money as they charge customers a very small amount for up to 15 pieces of linen (regardless of the weight!), plus they're really quick. Although this hotel is not the best value for money one in town, it's still definitely good.

There's no elevator/lift, although - to be fair - the hotel only has two upper storeys. Also, it seems to be significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area.

The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. I appreciated that a lot!! The room was always clean after the room service and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The location was excellent because the convenience store was close by and you had to walk to the metro quite a bit, so you could see Bangkok in its normal day behaviour. Khob Khun ka!

The light inside the room could have been a little bit brighter but it wasn't a big problem.

Place was clean and newly refurbished. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious - equipped with a fridge, cups and electric kettle. TV comes with Netflix, YouTube, etc. WiFi speed was good. There’s also a water dispenser station on every floor - very thoughtful!

There isn’t any lift available but there’s only a maximum of three floors. It can be quite tiring if you’re carrying lots of / heavy luggages. Our room’s toilet’s drainage was clogged pretty badly, water overflows every time we take a shower. A few plug points weren’t working. The hotel is also not located anywhere near a train station, we relied on Grab / Bolt to get a ride to the city / anywhere we needed to go. But Jodd night market was within a walking distance! About 15 mins away.

When we got there we were pleasantly surprised! The lady that welcomed us was super nice and the room was clean and comfortable. They have a water dispenser outside where you can fill your water bottle so you don't have to walk all the way to convinience store. The outside is very well kept and the room is mostly sound proof as you can't hear the sounds of the cars that are just up the street. Definitely recommend if you are staying for a couple of nights in Bangkok.

Very comfortable hotel. The building is new, the equipment is modern, the rooms are clean and spacious. Also, suitable to a long-term stay. The location is also convenient, 700 m to Phra Ram 9 MRT station and 1300 m to Makkasan ARL station. That is to say, easily accessible to/from Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Station and Hua Lamphong Station (via MRT), as well as to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport (via ARL). Bus Terminal (Chatuchak) is directly accessible by bus 136 and Hua Lamphong Station by bus 73. In addition, there are many shops and restaurants near Phra Ram 9 MRT station, thus guests can enjoy shopping and dining just in the vicinity.

Unfortunately, I found numerous mosquitoes in my room. I shot down more than 50 mosquitoes during overnight. Guests can borrow a mosquito-killer device at the front desk upon request. The bathroom was relatively cramped, compared to the room.

We stayed two times and can't recommend it enough. Rooms were super spacious, clean, with a fridge, water heater. Water was available 24h, hot and cold. Amazing! 711 nearby, 15 minutes walk from mbt station and a mall. Laundry service was amazing and super fast, everyone at the reception was so helpful and kind. Loved this place, if I go back to bangkok definitely would be coming back here!

The property was spacious with minimalistic design. There were lots of storage as well. Staff were accommodating.

The remote control for the AC was not in the room making it hard to change setting according to our preference. Also, it was hard to secure transportation bookings somehow, not sure if this is related to the location of the hotel.
