The place is located on the 35th floor, and we’ve got terrific, stunning Bangkok view, especially at night. Two bedrooms that makes the place suitable for family or 2 couples, tiny living room in between and kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, and midsize fridge and even washing machine! 3 AC - one for each room, very handy. No stove though. You’ve got pretty much everything you need if you stay in Bangkok for several days.

Looks it’s been a while since the last renovation, there are some stains on walls, and the floor delaminated here and there. Glasses and plates are made of plastic that absorbs smell of previous food. No bra or floor lamp, just ceiling light, but it’s rather a nitpicking, just a small thing. As a building non-resident you can’t use elevators in a main lobby, a single maintenance elevator at your service only. You are not only a non-resident of the building so be prepared for extended waiting time (up to several minutes) and the elevator might be pretty packed. Still you normally using it twice a day so it’s not a big problem.

The security of this building is good. The elevators can only be used by those people who reside there and have the residency cards. So that was very good. The apartment has good sized and comfortable beds, 2 people can sleep on one bed very comfortably. It has bidet shower, which is a nice addition to the amenities.

The things I didn't like about this building and the apartment was that we had to use the service elevator throughout. But that was ok, it was a fast elevator. The apartment needs some upgrades. The couch needs to be changed.

Everything is wonderful. The host and his friend are very friendly and supportive. The room is so clean, comfortable.

This is better if the mainlift can be access by card. We can’t go inside by Face ID and always have to wait another to follow them go inside 😢 It takes more than 15 minutes walk to go to the BTS but it’s so easy to catch the taxi.

It’s a clean and cozy apartment. kitchen and the bathroom are clean.i IPerson who meet us was very helpful and friendly. There is good AC and free WI-FI My family was very happy 😃 It has a nice view from the balcony, everything it’s available as washing machine, refrigerator, tv, dining table.

We booked one day ahead since our arrival time is not within the check-in time, but still had to stay about an hour without not being able to get to the room

i liked everything especially the way the host managed it. the host was very warm and everything was organized..

i didnt like the fact that although the property was advertized as disable friendly, the washroom door was too small to allow a wheelchair so the wheelchair guest could not use the toilet at all..

Great view. Private balcony. Nice private bathroom that comes with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice TV. Quiet. Washing machine. Complimentary laundry detergent.

I loved the location as its in between of everything you would want to do in Bangkok.

A lot of rules and you really can’t smoke inside, you have to take a different lift, you have to keep the key card with you all the time.

The host is kind and friendly. The staffs also hep us a lot when moving luggage. We took the late flight to back to country and they allow us to keep the luggage at theri placd
