For medical trips to Bumrungrad this property is ideal. A three minute walk to the hospital and exceptional value for money.

They ask for a 1000 Bhat deposit in cash which isn’t a lot of money, but taking as a hold on a credit card would be easier.

What a great place! All the glowing reviews were absolutely right. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk to Bumrungrad Hospital. And if walking’s not an option, the hotel offers a shuttle service with staff who are always happy to help. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the concierge with a big smile and genuine hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was exceptional—always cheerful, kind, and eager to assist. A special shoutout to Ton (Khanti) and his colleagues at reception. They were incredibly efficient while maintaining a warm, friendly attitude throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and truly outstanding service!

Nothing - Just a suggestion though. May be provide a refillable water station in reception to reduce the plastic bottle usage.

Quite simply the best place I have stayed in Thailand, the room is large the bathroom superb proper good shower loads of hot water, everything was clean and modern, great WIFI. The balcony was the best bit large enough to have a table and 2 chairs without a problem and no air conditioning unit blasting hot air at you that was hidden away so you can fully enjoy the balcony and still have the air con on max (which was great by the way).Fantastic location all amenities within 5 minute walk. It may be a little more expensive than other places I have stayed but it is now my go to place.

The hotel was clean and taken care of. They are working on updating some of the rooms and the building itself is well kept. The breakfast at the hotel was good, it's had plenty of options. The rooms are big and the beds were also big and comfortable. The location is good, close to the main road but far enough to hear all the noise. The staff was really nice and they offer to help you get your tours and are always helping if you need anything else.

The only issue was that we saw a rat outside on the hotel walkway. We saw it twice, but that's just Bangkok.

Booked the 2 bedroom family suite on the 8th floor.. Room numbers 804,805 . The location is very convenient. Close to a 7/11, has street food, massage parloura and restaurants right beside...beside Bumungrad hospital and through the hospital you can easily go to Soi 3 where you can get money exchange. Also close to phloen chit BTS . The rooms however were a 7/10 . The main bedroom was top notch...and upto the mark.. The washroom is spacious... everything works properly...and the view from the balcony of the Bangkok skyline is just stunning❤️ However the connecting kids room was a bit disappointing.. At first the AC of that room wasn't working properly. We called two times...the first time the repairman did nothing and just instructed me not to touch the panel which was absurd. The second time another repairman came and fixed the AC but at a static setting of 18 degrees..with no way to turn up the temperature or turn down the fan once it cooled down... so had to bear with the chill. Second problem...the lock of the bathroom of the connecting rooms doesn't work properly which felt like a big nuisance ...The latch of the balcony of this room was broken..so it wasn't shut bolt tight. However, I didn't complain because these are long term problems and changing rooms felt like a hassle once we settled in since the other master bedroom was top notch... There was no liquid handwash in either washrooms nor did they provide any slippers/flipflops..one time or reusable..These are very basic amenities in every hotel...Other than these issues...the stay was very comfortable..Will recommend them to go through and check their rooms regularly to fix the above mentioned issues and upgrading their amenities... Overall it was a good stay.

Had a broken AC which when repaired was stuck at only one setting, the lock of the bathroom of the child bed was broken...the lock of the balcony wouldn't bolt shut.. no slippers or liquid handwash as amenities.

I stayed here for a month and the staff are all so incredibly nice. Breakfast was good, my room was great, and the location is perfect if you are here to go to Bumrungrad Hospital. There is a free shuttle to take you back and forth. A special shout out to the helpful breakfast server, the bell boys and the sweet cleaner. I didn’t get all of their pictures but they were all so helpful and nice.

Great location if you’re going to go to Bumrungrad Hospital. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Nice balcony. Every staff member was super nice. Very welcoming. Nice and comfortable bed. Good housekeeping service. I am vegan and they made me hash browns every day and fresh fruit.

Location is amazing, 10 miutes walk to famous Nana plaza. The hotel is right in the heart of the city. The food at the restaurant was worth the price I paid. The facilities inside were quite comfortable. Personnel friendly as all Thai people :)

Many rats in the street, too garbage outside. There is no veranda to have nice drink. Too crowded and noisy during the day.

The staff went above and beyond the call to make sure that I was well taken care of in anything that i needed. I took a picture of his name tag and her name tag but when I just reviewed my photos they both came out blurry. Sorry guys.. You know who you are..Thank you very much.

Great value and perfect stay for Bumrungrad Hospital patients. The staff have been incredibly kind and the coffee shop has great coffee. My balcony view doesn’t get old.
