We thought it was fantastic being so new, everything was crisp, clean, with spacious room. Then to step out of the hotel into the hospital for our appointment was mind blowing. The walk to the middle of the nightlife was just a 15 minute walk . A 15 minute motorbike taxi ride to Platinum Fashion mall , arranged by the friendly staff . Just an awesome experience.

Nothing to dislike , but try to get your coffee downstairs by the morning shift , it was very nice and perfect temperature. Just right ! Not too cold and not too hot .

Room was neat and clean. Decorated modern and functional. Location was perfect for is as my wife was in bumrungrad hospital , the hotel is just a few steps away from the hotel. The food was good but portions were small which is unusual in Bangkok.

Some of the guests were from regions of South Asia and their behavior and manners were difficult to be at ease with. The staff intervened as necessary at the breakfast buffet. Bare hands are not serving utensils.

Clean and comfortable. Close to metro station and Siam square. Good and friendly staff.

Breakfast spread was limited and not good. Live egg counter was pretty bad making eggs that were runny and watery. Too much time to check in. Asking for deposit money in cash. TV had limited channels and no smart apps like Netfix or prime which is a basic expectation. Casting from phone didn't work. In room dining food was quite bad. Tasteless. Bathroom lights were too dim for shaving.

the room facilities are great value with that the price is. One thing might need to improve is that , dinning area . I didn’t have much good experience in dinning area especially the first 4 days . A staff at the station for hot meal isn’t that friendly and often no one attend . Whenever want hot dish . I needed at go to casheer and look for help. Which I feel sorry for them cause they need to do cleaning and greeting clients.

Very kind staff, friendly and super professional. Accepted my request for an early check-in as I was only going to be staying there for a few hours and leaving the same night. The hotel is about 1-2 min walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital, which makes it perfect if you just want a clean, comfortable yet reasonably priced play to crash for hospital related travel to Bangkok.

good location for the purpose of our visit to Thailand. helpful stuff and co-operative too

The check in is 2pm as per the hotel policy. for someone had been flying for 6 hours and arrives at the property early in the morning can’t wait t 2 pm to check in. and there’s charges for checking in before the property schedule . so I hope the management will review this soon.

First of all my friend and myself were given a room facing construction on the 3rd floor and we were not even able to open the window secondly I was wrongly accused of putting some un removable stains on the bed. Sheets when it was only make up and I showed how removable it was to the house keeper by washing them . They left those bed sheets in my bedroom for my whole stay . I complained about that to the reception but no change

The staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable, particularly Neha who went beyond our expectations to give us personalised service. Wholesome and healthy food at 1947 much appreciated! Great work team keep it up!

The location is good

It would be preferable if an oriental breakfast was added to serve the Arabs who reside in the hotel.
