Room was neat and clean. Decorated modern and functional. Location was perfect for is as my wife was in bumrungrad hospital , the hotel is just a few steps away from the hotel. The food was good but portions were small which is unusual in Bangkok.

Some of the guests were from regions of South Asia and their behavior and manners were difficult to be at ease with. The staff intervened as necessary at the breakfast buffet. Bare hands are not serving utensils.

the room facilities are great value with that the price is. One thing might need to improve is that , dinning area . I didn’t have much good experience in dinning area especially the first 4 days . A staff at the station for hot meal isn’t that friendly and often no one attend . Whenever want hot dish . I needed at go to casheer and look for help. Which I feel sorry for them cause they need to do cleaning and greeting clients.

The check in is 2pm as per the hotel policy. for someone had been flying for 6 hours and arrives at the property early in the morning can’t wait t 2 pm to check in. and there’s charges for checking in before the property schedule . so I hope the management will review this soon.

Very kind staff, friendly and super professional. Accepted my request for an early check-in as I was only going to be staying there for a few hours and leaving the same night. The hotel is about 1-2 min walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital, which makes it perfect if you just want a clean, comfortable yet reasonably priced play to crash for hospital related travel to Bangkok.

First of all my friend and myself were given a room facing construction on the 3rd floor and we were not even able to open the window secondly I was wrongly accused of putting some un removable stains on the bed. Sheets when it was only make up and I showed how removable it was to the house keeper by washing them . They left those bed sheets in my bedroom for my whole stay . I complained about that to the reception but no change

The staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable, particularly Neha who went beyond our expectations to give us personalised service. Wholesome and healthy food at 1947 much appreciated! Great work team keep it up!

LOCATION NEXT TO THE HOSPITAL IN WALKING DISTANCE AND TO VISIT THE PATIENTS AS WELL AS MEDICAL CHECK UP. TILL LATE

NO LAUNDRY BAG IN THE ROOM. NOT ENOUGH LIGHT

Nice modern and spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and fitness center. Good location as well, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and malls.

We woke up early every day because some neighbor had an alarm set for very early that rang for minutes without stopping. So this means the room could use better sound isolation. This ruined our sleep.

The room was ok. Breakfast was good too. We choose this because of its location, close to Hospital B. It worked well. But to travel, this is not your hotel for tourism.

Difficult street, Grab or any taxi wants to go there. Difficult to walk to the BTS station, a little far. and noisy on the outside.
