I had a pleasant stay at Furama Xclusive. The experience was overall very good, and we especially enjoyed the top floor with its fantastic view. The room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the option to choose how I wanted my eggs cooked. However, I believe the variety could be improved for a more diverse selection. The cleaning service was good, but unfortunately, we were given towels that were in poor condition, with holes and fabric falling apart. This was a bit disappointing considering the overall quality of the stay. Despite this, we had a lovely time, and I would recommend the hotel for its great location and beautiful views.

Pest control excellent. No cockroach found in the room. Keep it up.

Breakfast is not good. Breakfast up to 10:30 am but staff started closing at 10am. My wife requested an extra tea bag as the made tea was very light but the staff declined to give telling will extra charge THB 97.00 This is not acceptable.Need to improve breakfast. It’s not free,we pay for it.

The beds were soft, the room was spacious and clean and everything was modern and luxury. If you want to feel like royalty this is the place for you. The kitchen offers amazing food. If you get the chance try their mushroom soup and Thai Milk Tea. The staff are all helpful and speak English and will give you good suggestions what is nearby.

Everything was good. But the laundry service is overpriced. Just down the street is a good service that will clean and press your clothes much cheaper and faster. Ask the front desk staff they can show you.

Great location if you are heading to the Hospital. Good gym and cute pool area. Well appointed rooms. Handy to street food stalls and 7/11 stores. Close to train station.

Had 1 breakfast there. Buffet food was cold and no egg station as the chef was sitting on the floor behind the counter eating his own breakfast. Seemed popular with others so maybe I just got there at a bad time.

Hotel with good size rooms. Also it available small kitchen in rooms, so it possible warm food from grocery stores (which also close to hotel).

Rooms slightly old fashioned and need to have a proper renovation.

Location is centrally located where it is walking distance to restaurant and main area of Shukumvit. Easy to find Halal Food but majorly Middle East / Indian Food.

Hot water at bathroom takes sometimes to be hot, we have to wait approximately 15 minutes to have the hot water at the shower. The bed is too hard for us but it will help you have back pain issue :)

Large spacious rooms, great front desk staff who are willing to help customers, (Linn and Sor from the front desk were very helpful along with the other staff), decent breakfast with good options, great location in asoke close to the terminal 21 mall and lots of restaurants around as well. The beds are nice and comfortable

the swimming pool is very small which is just the size of about 3 or 4 bath tubs.

Everything was good with the hotel apart from the breakfast. Apart from that the stay was amazing, it was clean, wifi was great, staff were helpful. It was a pleasant experience. The location is great as well specially for people going to Bamrungrad. In addition to that, there were lots of choices to hve halal food outside - Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani and Middle eastern food available within walking distance.

Given it is a 4 star hotel, the breakfast should have more options and also should have slight changes everyday. This is also maybe due to the fact that the restaurant space is less, but maybe there could be more variety in the food.

Location convenient to Bumrungrad; convenient to food and services; big room; great staff

The shower water is either all the way cold or all the way hot; no way to adjust. Internet service a bit spotty on my notebook, but it worked fine on my iPad.

Right behind Bumrungrad hospital and BTS station is a few meters away, which is very convenient. Alots of restaurants and convenient stores throughout the area too.

The water have quite a strong chlorine smell this time around.
