Everything was perfect about this hotel. To start with, it is only a ten-minute walk from the nearest MRT/subway station on the blue line, which in turn is only a stop away from the subway stop/train station that links the city with the international airport. The room was perfect in terms of both size and layout and had a nice view of the surrounding area. I asked the staff if I could get a room on that side of the building because of the nice view and they kindly obliged. Speaking of which, the receptionists, the manager, the cleaners and the rest of the staff were all extremely considerate, kind and efficient and helped make my stay in Bangkok even more pleasant. Last but not least, its room rates are definitely cheap.

As of my stay there (end of March and beginning of April 2024) there was no laundry service, however this is due to the fact that the hotel managed changed as recently as a month ago, plus the current manager assured me that such a service - which the hotel used to provide under the previous management - will definitely be resumed as soon as the necessary resources become available later this year.

the price for the room size and comfort was very good.. almost half price from what i used to pay for. benefits: view,balcony , quiet area . The staff are friendly. always smile and react to your request. nice big building. high floor. room style was modern. big shower and towlite . hard mattress but comftable. i booked a room with a low price because of new management and promotion. they updated the price up. and mad the deal less attractive.

location: not easy to go to the center locations. but across the busy street bridge in front of the hotel, you can walk not so far and find life :), like 7/11, food and other services. if you walk in other. direction you can find metro and malls but 1.2 km walking. clean: they don't clean every day. unless you ask them. but if they clean, they do it very well. if you used to get your room made up every day, it's not the same there. you have to ask for it. and put the sign on the door. payment: this hotel did not accept credit card. only cash. maybe it will be changed but while i was there, that was their policy.

Best hotel to stay near Airport! Great service,hygiene and friendly staff. A great stay! The taxi services provided by the hotel are also very safe and have great service.

it was super clean and sleek. the staffs are so helpful snd friendly. Super recommended.

they dint have an iron in the room (yet, because they just reopened) so please make sure u iron your clothes first.

The staff were very nice, the room was clean and nice. Also, the price was super cheap.

They didn't have breakfast at the time, which I needed a lot, but they will do shortly.
