I had a wonderful stay at YOLO and am incredibly grateful for everything it provided. Firstly, the location is superb - close to the city center yet shielded from the hustle and bustle, making it feel like a home away from home. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They were always smiling, helpful, and provided timely assistance, whether it was offering travel advice or resolving any issues. The comfort of the rooms was also remarkable. They were clean, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, and every amenity catered to the needs of guests. The breakfast service at the hotel was also commendable. I love them. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at this hotel, both in terms of service quality and facility conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any traveler seeking comfortable accommodation and impeccable service. Once again, a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel for their hard work, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Good location, close to a market with lots of cool bars and restaurants, the room was comfy though oddly shaped

Netflix wasn’t working in the room and nobody knew how to fix it over the three days we were there. In general, the staff looked disinterested in what they were doing. No smiles at all, no effort to help us with our bags, and sometimes even a rude look or two. They looked like college students that didn’t want to be there. Not a pleasant experience.

We were only here for one night but it was a really comfortable stay in a good location. Room was quite quirky which was fun.

Note that if you’re staying on the third floor there is no lift. We also found the staff to be quite unhelpful/not that friendly but as we were only there one night we were just glad for a good location and comfortable bed.

The location is 6 minute walk away from a busy street where all the bars and cafes are. The location is good and quiet and no noise affected our sleep which was great. 7/11 was 6 minute walk away too. Super clean, room made up every day as well. Great location and for a good price but the rooms are on the smaller size.

There is no actual physical door to the bathroom, but a bamboo parting so if you are traveling with a partner, be prepared to get very comfortable with each others bowel movement noises. Be prepared there is no wardrobe where to hang your clothes as well.

This little boutique hotel had a modern, hippie vibe. We had a friendly greeting, drink and ice-cream waiting to check in. There is no elevators, but I believe it's only 3 floors and easy climb. The room is very well appointed, even had a fruit plate with a hand-written welcome note. These little "extras" are not found even in the expensive hotels. Slippers and robe were available. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Our rate included breakfast the next day, which was plenty with fruit, hot/cold drinks and enough choices for anyone.

This hotel has it's moments with noise that you would not normally here in bigger hotels, there was some weird sounds but we had ear plugs which seemed to help and for most times it was quiet. The tub was sunk into the floor which is a little tricky to get in and out of and there is a step over into the toilet area. Minor issues really.

This is a very unique and beautiful boutique hotel,we really enjoyed our stay - delicious breakfast, very thoughtful touches like ice cream,fruit and very comfortable stay.Staff were excellent and so welcoming.Highly recommend if you want something a little bit different but still within walking distance to places like Terminal 21,Nano plaza,Soi cowboy etc.Three of us adults stayed in the room and it didn’t feel cramped,lovely waterfall shower.

No lift so have to carry suitcases up and down,but that was minor inconvenience as room is huge and light and airy.

The staff at YOLO are some of the most beautiful humans imaginable. There's also a welcome ice cream! They are so attentive and I bothered them so many times about little things and they were so good about it! Their shuttle is this fun tuk tuk which zips you around the corner to a massive shopping centre. I upgraded to the loft suite which is amazing just for the aesthetics but also so comfortable! Their breakfasts sets are delicious and just what you need to wake up in the morning!

Yolo Hotel's got a huge room, perfect for our 3-person sister trip! Tons of space, free tuk-tuk to Terminal 21, free ice cream – awesome! No elevator, but a guy helped us with our bags to the top floor. Bathroom's great, huge bathtub. Breakfast in bed – delicious! TV with movies and music, and the AC is perfect.

Gotta close the door, or we'll be overrun by mosquitoes. But hey, I can always grab some repellent. These slippers are huge, but my feet are tiny, so it's all good.

Everything was fantastic! The staff, the location, the facilities, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. They even give a fresh fruit platter. Staff gave great restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved that they had a rain shower head but definitely set up for short people I had to duck or move my head around it while showering. Also couldn’t close the bathroom door because my legs are too long (I’m 1.85 tall)

Where to begin? The entire experience was great, from breakfast to staff, to hygiene and quality. The swimming pool is a fine addition, either to kickstart your day or to relax after a day of exploration. The location is absolutely worth it. It's the old part of town, so you will have a more authentic experience by exploring the neighbourhood, and you're close to many of BKK's highlights. Absolutely recommended!
