Very comfortable and clean, amazing staff, always s smiling and very helpful. Lovely rooftop with swimming pool to relax having a coffee. Charlie took us into town and was always asking if we needed anything or a ride included in the room booking. Very nice wine bar in front of the hotel where we could relax on the terrace in the evening away from the city hassle.the room was very spacious with an enormous bathroom and a big comfy bed, mini bar and coffee/tea facilities in the room. A big desk to work on. Cleaning staff were amazing.

I've stayed here many times before, and always found it excellent value for money, in a brilliant location, with super friendly and helpful staff, even if it was starting to look a little frayed around the edges. This is the first time I've stayed here since the refurb, and I'm pleased to say that if anything it's even better than before. I certainly plan on staying here again the next time I'm in Bangkok.

Nothing, I can think of!

The bed was soft and the room was nice and newly renovated. The noise level was low from the other rooms. The mini fridge had snacks and beverages and the counter had noodles ect and the price was fair. Location was good with not to much noisy traffic. 7/11 and some restaurants close by as well. No problem staying here again.

Issues that was dissapointing when it comes to my stay there and that was the shower, it did almost not have any cold water I think due to the battery in the shower was defect. I told the reception that took note. They told me they had in house driver when I was going to the airport for 500bath, but when the car came it was a taxi car.. Can get it cheaper with Grab and also a public taxi, I was expecting something more.

I like that it's within walking distance to a train station, restaurants and a mall. The wifi is superb as I can easily work on my computer.

The lighting in my bedroom only dims when I turn it off as I prefer pitch black when I sleep.

Super modern and new interior, C & USB charger points beside the bed... Nice bathroom, good soaps and shampoo, everything is very clean... Staff are very nice. Price is reasonable too. Easy to get a grab food delivery and or bolt transport... Right in the central district of Sukhumvit. Close to excellent shopping centres (food court in terminal 21 is a must). Close to all entertainment areas, dispos, restaurants and bars...💚🇹🇭🙏

The pool isn't the greatest of designs, but it still is nice and refreshing for a dip after a day out in Bangkok.

The hotel was in a great location situated on a much quieter street than the neighboring streets full of bars and clubs but still close enough to walk to when you wanted a drink. Very close to the BTS line to catch trains, short walk to Terminal 21. Staff were very lovely and the room was really comfortable to be able to sleep and work from. Great value for money.

Everything was great, only thing that was missing for me that others could base their booking on was maybe a fitness center?

The hotel is a a more silent small street. You can reach the BTS within a 15 minutes walk or take a taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, silent and nice, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. And the towels were very cosy.

The breakfast was ok. Not the very best I ever had, but the bad reviews here on bookingcom dont represent my thoughts. There weren´t many people in the breakfastroom. On most mornings I was the only guest. That´s why they changed from buffet to order a breakfast, which was completely fine with me. The rooms could have a makeover.

This is a limited service hotel with no restaurant or anything like a Full Service Hotel. This was a newly renovated facility, very clean, room size was good, bathroom was big & clean, furniture were good and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable with fine linen. The Room had mini-bar, a security locker, tea/coffee maker on the house, toiletries etc. The Hotel is very good value for the money, for those on a budget.

While checking in and Checking out, no Bell Boy was available. The Tuk Tuk service was not on time (supposed to be every hour up to 5:00 pm).

The property hotel is very good for value and very clean, good maid service, in a very convenient right in the action of Bangkok location. I slept well there Ask for the 505 larger room!!

The WIFI didn't connect to the internet in both rooms and had to call maintenance twice staying in two different rooms. I wasnt told anything about breakfast or where the pool was at check-in, I had to figure out these available amenities on my own exploration and missed my free breakfast.
