I stayed at this hotel in the past and I would highly recommend it. Natty was amazing, he made sure I was taken care of, and helped save a lot of headache. I went during peak tourist seasons and all the hotels were getting booked out, he gave me a heads up which allowed me to secure a longer booking. He also gave me a room upgrade and gave me advice on where to find food places and shops. Overall I had a great experience! The hotel is also very close to pretty much everything, there is a BTS (Bangkok Transit System) just couple of blocks away.

Everything was just perfect. Can't find any reason to complain about it. I think anyone who checks in here would have a great time in Thailand.

The hotel is well located. I chose this hotel because it was a little different in style to others I'd stayed at before. I was hoping, and I love the fact that they've gone to extra effort to make your stay special. It really did remind me of some boutique hotels I'd loved in France! The special style made the stay special, but I was aware that it was going to be a budget hotel, and so I wasn't expecting 6 star luxury at a rock bottom price. I chose the largest room I could, which was still inexpensive, and I think I got more than what I paid for. The room was bigger than that available at other nearby hotels, for a lower or similar price, and was NOT that "typical" inexpensive hotel room with the same dated decor. If that special decor and effort makes my stay memorable, this was clearly a good choice!

There were a couple of hiccups in the booking process and on arrival, but the friendly staff addressed these promptly on arrival. There's no pool. I knew there was no pool. Not a problem for me, but perhaps worth reminding others. One thing I think they could change is to upgrade the breakfast available. The standard of breakfast is as might be expected for a budget hotel, but for a couple of dollars more they could easily add a better selection of some Thai fruit, which is exceptional in quality and taste, and perhaps provide an option of an omelette with tomato, onion, etc, (what I know as a "Thai omelette) rather than plain omelette. Not an exceptional effort or cost but would give a feel of a more lavish facilities, still at a budget price.

The property staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is in good location.

The rooms need some sort of maintenance. For example, water was leaking from AC in one of the rooms. In another room, the overhead shower was not working.

I really liked the room which was well laid out and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful with questions and with helping to arrange a taxi to the airport. I would especially like to recognize Praew who was friendly and helpful despite having to work the night shift! Housekeeping did a great job. I appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned in the morning every day, unlike some other hotels I have stayed at where this does not happen till the afternoon or evening. Great location in Sukhumvit Soi 11 within walking distance of the Nana BTS station and Terminal 21

There is some traffic noise. I was on the 11th floor so this wasn't really an issue for me. If you were on a lower floor, I think this would be more of an issue

La Petite Salil Sukhumvit 11 has become our favorite place to stay in Bangkok, with this being our fourth visit in the last couple of years. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff—they are incredibly cordial, gentle, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. It was really fascinating that we were instantly recognized by the staffs and almost everyone remembered us. The rooms are uniquely designed and consistently spotless, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. From the welcoming concierge to the ever-helpful staff, this property offers a level of care and comfort that keeps us coming back.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was upgraded and I had a large room with nice city view. The hotel staff is very polite and very nice. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included with my reservation, it was a small buffet with many choices. Coffee was excellent. The location is great, close to the BTS to commute with other areas in Bangkok. Many restaurants and bars to choose from in the soi 11. Despite the noise and activity in the street, my room was quiet at night. I stayed only for two nights before my return flight and it is a very affordable hotel for this purpose. I will definitely return in the future.

You can't beat the value!! Located in a great part of Bangkok, with unsurpassed night life all around, the rooms are spacious, with a little bit of style as an extra. Very close to great eateries, bars, clubs and wonderful Thai people, you get more than what you pay for.

At the very affordable price, you shouldn't have been expecting 5 star quality. There are a few maintenance items that could have been fixed up, and there wasn't enough room in the cupboards/wardrobes to hide my large suitcase. I didn't find those drawbacks to be significant. The hotel was clean and the staff were great!

Staff are very helpful, full of happiness, informative and always try to provide what you need. The room pretty comfy and spacious, check in process so fast and easy, and in the room they had microwave and it so convenience.

The neighborhood are little lively, many pubs. So if you are a light sleeper consider other hotel maybe. or ask for higher floor it helps. But they are considerate about it and provide you with ear plug that really work well.

The rooms were clean and the housekeeping would respond very fast if we needed something like toilet paper.

Very VERY noisy!!! I read some reviews about this place being noisy but it was much noisier than I thought :))) We didn't have much problem with it since we are heavy sleepers, but if you are not, DO NOT go to this hotel. They didn't have a dedicate staff to help us with the luggage and the elevator is a bit small so we had to make a few rounds to bring our luggage up and down.

I've stayed here on three other occasions, its location is great, nicely situated on Sukumvit, which is a great part of the city. I'll be staying here again in October which speaks for itself!

The lower floors can get a little noisy, if you are a light sleeper this could be a problem! When I returned to the hotel a week later for a couple of days, the staff were obliging and put me on the seventh floor which was lovely a peaceful... When I go back I will be asking for a higher floor for sure!
