We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was a nice treat. The rooms were very spacious and even one night we spent watching movies on the TV which can connect to your phone. Reception is open 24 hours and front desk staff is always willing to help. This hotel did have great value for its location , it is less than 5 min from main sukhumvit road. 7-11 is also nearby the hotel.

One of the rooms had mold near the AC in the living room but didn’t necessarily affect our stay . And it’s partly my mistake as we did not report this situation upon checking into the room. Perhaps I wouldn’t recommend for families or couples has theirs is a lot of “night entertainment “ around the area .Certainly for us was great 😅

Room was well equipped, aircon was turned on before I arrived which was really nice (worked really well too). I was in the cheapest room available and it was very good value for money. Hotel is a bit further back from the busier parts of the area so there were no issues with noise, but all the nightlife is a short walk away. Some nice little bars along the street too if you don't want to walk too far. Staff were professional if not overly friendly. For the price I paid I was very happy with the room and service.

Bathroom could use an update, but considering the price it's not a big deal.

Upon arrival the receptionists provided us with a room upgrade which was incredible . The hotel is extremely good value for the price we paid at the time . Hotel is close to local attractions and receptionists were very friendly.

Only thing , I could mention is one of the rooms had mold near AC , but I didn’t report to reception at the time . But didn’t necessarily affect our stay as it was in the living room and we spent most of the day outside. But definitely the kind of situation to pay attention to. Once again , hotel had an extremely good value and the room upgrade for our extended stay is highly appreciated.

I prefer this hotel just because it's owned by India and I can get a good breakfast just like our taste. Also it's clean and spacious rooms with clean and well maintained bathrooms.

The only thing I didn't like last time in the 2023 trip and this trip is the mattress. The spring mattress needs to be changed I think. They are a bit de-shaped and someone like me who has back problems, the nights become a bit uncomfortable for me. If you get a room on lower floors then expect some on and off smell in bathroom due to drainage from upper floors. My last trip room was on the 7th floor so I didn't face this issue. Secondly a suggestion for hotel management, if they can start an EV cart or tuktuk from the hotel to the main road. It's a little extra walk from the main road to the hotel so at least they can facilitate their customers for going from the hotel to the main road.

STAFF are very excellent especially peach he's very helpful and treat kindly to everyone and also sweet smile I really felt pleasure since when I arrive for check in,he is the one who I met ,other people also good I'm not sure for name Aliyah (it's correct or not)Anyway it might be memorable vacation for me.I will come again to this property.Thanks you dear team.

I book the car from reception not sure from whom I booked SUV actually but I got only normal taxi I don't know exactly but driver also wait me long time that is why satisfied for me but I still have question about for difference of car why couldn't get SUV with high rate.

The reception staff were very kind and helped me with a reservation. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. It’s an Indian hotel chain.

The neighborhood is so-so — it's an area with several cannabis shops. I contacted them several times through the Booking chat regarding a few issues, but I never received a reply. I find that to be a serious flaw. However, when it came to asking for a good review, the chat feature suddenly worked just fine.

-spacy room -not far from BTS Nana, cafes, shops, massage spots and crowded streets -bottles of drinking water were provided to the room

-the window looked out onto the wall of a neighboring building. -one night was a bit noisy because of the people from India who were staying on the same floor. It seemed strange why they didn't understand that at night you needed to be quiet because others rested. -when I wanted to extend one more day I was told there was no place and I needed to come at the reception early morning to check it. But when I checked on booking.com there was a possibilty to book.

Great value accommodation a 5 to 10 minute walk from Sukhumvit Road, past a couple of open bars. The room was a good size and the price for the quality was very good. It is the other end of Sukhumvit from the big shopping malls, which can be a good thing, as BTS can take you there in a few stops.

The walk although not long, might be hard for unfit people in the worst humid months. The window in my room looked into a wall, but neither of these things bothered me.

Convenient access, about a 5-minute walk from BTS Nana Station, with a quiet location. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in.

Few restaurants around the area, and the hotel’s restaurant is expensive. You cannot directly enter Soi 7 from Sukhumvit Road, so you need to enter through Soi 5 by car. The area is too quiet, with few pedestrians and darkness at night, which may not suit those looking for a lively atmosphere.
