I liked the location of the hotel and that it had a nice pool on the terrace.

The mattress is very soft and the water temperature in the shower was sometimes difficult to get it just right. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold.

The hotel is very clean and safe.

There is only one bad thing. There will be a lot of dance music from 5 to 8 o'clock every morning, which is so noisy that you can't sleep. Unable to understand and bear.

A very good location. Located near to BTS and terminal 21 but away from the main road. The hotel was comfortable with very large bed. The room was cleaned every day with complimentary bottled water. A/C was good and wasn’t too loud.

Hot water was a hit or miss during the morning. Most morning it did not give any hot water. Hot water seems to run best in the afternoon/evening. Visible signs of repair to the laminate flooring with some just taped over and paint flaking from the ceiling. Maybe it is a sign that the rooms are now needing some refurb. Staff doesn’t seem to care about customers shouting into phone or to each other in the lobby. Persons smoking weed at the pool and playing their music using their own speaker distracted the peace and relaxation.

The beds are pure perfection! After traveling for 30 days we were so happy to sleep in Glow's beds. The air conditioner was highly responsive as well. Although the hotel is located in a busy area close to ATMs, 711, the metro line, a food market, western coffee bar and numerous restaurants it was very quiet for sleeping.

The rooftop pool needs some attention. The tiles are falling apart and they didn't look overly clean. A lot of guests use this space to smoke, which wasn't great for a family of 4 of non smokers. I also want to caution that the area has streets that are focused on adult entertainment.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made video calls effortless—an essential feature for us as we work remotely. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests, making us feel very welcome. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the location on Sukhumvit Road is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and public transportation. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good service in Bangkok. I have stayed here 3 times.. I love this place.. The location is great. BTS is very close and entertainment venues are also very close. The staff is very good and helpful. I especially thank Chay, he is always smiling and very helpful, he does his job well, I thank him too... the best joker of the hotel It does everything, thank you CHAY...

It would be good to renew old items... like sheets, towels, pillowcases... Despite this, the ladies who clean the house are helpful, I would like to thank them too...

Nice medium cost hotel

The area is not so good, loud and a bit dirty in the streets

Comfortiest bed and pillows I've ever slept on. Crisp clean sheets changed every day if you want. Great roof top pool with sturdy comfortable beds. Staff are really pleasent and helpful. Also very nice breakfast with lots of choice . Great location although it is one of the noisiest areas in Bangkok the hotel is at the end of a quiet street and the rooms are super quiet. Definitely return and would highly recommend it.

The property was as described in Booking.com. The bed was super comfy, hot water in the shower. Any time of day or night the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was adequate. I stayed for three days. I ate the breakfast every day the staff are super friendly.

The property was as described it had a swimming pool, a small one, but adequate the rooms were well equipped. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet so you didn’t have any loud music. If you wanted to go home and get a good nights sleep it was brilliant can’t praise it enough. Definitely stay at this hotel, again 100%.
