since its newly opened, the furniture , amenities are new and we feel clean. location is good since it is near to halal restaurants. 711 is across the street , very conveninet to buy water and other stuff. staff are friendly and accomodating. we were upgraded to a deluxe unit.

since it is a newly opened residence, there are some downsides as well like electricity comes off when using iron and the water in one of the bathroom is not going down the drain because the floor is not good

It was the first time in this excellent hotel the Rich Hotel. The room is excellent, and the staff’s is helpfull and excellent, especially Miss Jessa. If there is any problem, Miss Jessa will solves it. She is very active, she helps everyone, gives them effort and time, and the price is excellent. The cleaning is very excellent. The rooms are spacious and new.

This area felt very buzzy - you are just off Sukhumvit road and you are not far from Nana and Asok skytrain stations. As we were on the 20th floor, the noise doesn't really affect you and you have a good view over the city. The apartment itself was very clean and with a lot of space in the sitting room/shared area. It was a superior studio - so, primary bedroom, secondary bedroom with a glass door, sofa bed also available, and I'd say the aesthetic was pretty modern and fairly blank (white tiles, grey curtains, marble topped dining table), but very clean and beds very comfortable. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor and it was pleasant in the afternoon as it wasn't in direct sunlight. we paid a very decent price for the 3 nights, it worked out to 25€ pppn. this place was next to a marriott and the landmark, so it was a decently touristy area but it felt like a better value option. The staff were very welcoming but worth noting that this is a residence, so the lobby doesn't necessarily scream "hotel" when you walk in.

Some things are not ready yet, for example the "kids room" is lacking toys.

The staff was very friendly and were very attentive to all my extra requests..The area is excellent, within 10 minutes walking range you get everything you need, incl. three 7-eleven and 4 grocery stores. I upgraded to suite, which comes with a small kitchenette, one bedroom with large bed, one bedroom with small bed and a living room incl. a dining table. Best value for money !

Amazing room for the price, always cleaned well and location is good if you want the night life and close to trains etc. and staff were very friendly!

Was a little bit loud at night with it being so central to night clubs etc but that’s expected! Only other thing to note is it’s hard to find the property - some more signage or details upon booking would be appreciated as I got very lost (entrance to lobby is down side street before you see a mall/restuarant)

The location was great! So easy to get around with Nana station being the closet station which takes you easily into Siam Square etc. The beds were very comfortable and the place was cleaned everyday. We booked a three bedroom and got given a self-contained unit which was great if we wanted to cook things ourselves. Breakfast options were great but due to food limitations, chicken and beef were the only meat options that could be served. Maybe took a while to deliver but overall the serving was good. The pool was great although some repairs may be needed. Other than that, this was a great spot!

The staff was very welcoming and I loved how clean and fresh the whole of the property was. Our room was spotless and smelt lovely, the swimming pool and gym was really good, though the gym is small it has everything that is needed. Was in Bangkok for my sons exams and the property was so close to BTS and nice restaurants. Even though it is very close to the nightlife we heard nothing in our room. Also the beds were so comfortable

Location is fantastic. The place is new and the room was very clean with only 1 minor issue. The cleaner for the room was exceptionally good. We accidentally left valuable jewelry in the room and when we returned it was untouched. Your staff overall were very good. But your cleaner deserves special praise. Thank you.

Smoking facilities on the balcony of the room should be allowed. It does not compromise your hotel policy in any way if you allow smoking only on the balcony with the door closed. Kindly consider this as an option.

ac was cold - room was decent but a bit small i guess even though there was a hall a bedroom a batrhoom all the good stuff but still it felt small and coooped up

bigger room preferbly - roomservice like 24/7 access to a menu by you guys where i can order food or water or drinks like a mini 7 eleven of the hotel itself and a restaurant of the hotel
