Free cab ride from the airport was amazing bonus. Great for location and facilities provided especially bottle water provided everyday or when requested. Staff very helpful and friendly. Price was even better. Even corridors was air condition. Like the modern room door locks. Like the fact I had Washing machine, microwave and a big fridge/freezer. Was more surprised about the electric cooker might be worth mentioning as part of the Facilities list.

When i arrived no one at reception and no note to inform new guest what to do etc. My room was directly in front of the garbage disposal so the smell was a problem from time to time . Elevator could have indicated the gym and swimming pool floor. TV size smaller than expected and would have like to have a TV in bedroom as well. the most annoying thing for me however was hot issue kept occurring in bathroom every second day and no hot water when washing plates.

Security: We had to use a passkey to ride the elevator and another to enter our room. The couch was comfortable. We were able to contact the front desk via cellphone, WhatsApp and email and they were sufficiently responsive. Wi-fi was fine. water pressure was fine. They offered daily delivery of water / fresh towels (both bath and hand towels). Trash drop was at the end of the hall. You could get extra trash bags or your towels/ water/ shampoo/ bodywash/ small bar of soap from the cleaning person if you caught them on your floor, which made things convenient. It was Very Quiet. A smallish 7-11 was at the corner of the street at the intersection with Sukhumvit. Terminal 21 is ~14 minute walk, with Tops Supermarket ~1 minute before (under Robinson's and Mc Donald's), offering local prices! You will be at the Heart of the action and only ~8 minute walk from the start of Nana-Sukhumvit, if you are here to party but want to be able to walk home to peace and quiet! Seven minutes from the Nana BTS station (on your way toward Terminal 21). Note that the pillows are "tall". My wife used a pillow case and stuffed it with the two small back cushions on the couch and had a very comfortable night's sleep. Never used the pool or the work-out facilities, though I am sure that they'd have been just fine. Note that the apartments are rented out by more than one company. This company uses the Front Desk so don't do what we did and go to the 2nd floor for the other company! ROFL (they kindly sent us back down!)

Not their fault, but if you send the apartment's Google Maps link it could cause confusion for the delivery person. Best to send them the Google Maps "directions" plus the actual street address so that they can find it themselves. I guess that my wife would add the tall pillows to the list! But we never asked for a replacement. And, like all hotels / Airbnb's, the cloth couch wasn't 100% clean (no one can keep it 100% clean). So, I wish that they would have provided a clean throw-cover. Almost no one else does this, either! So, I don't hold it against them.

Great location: two minutes walk to the Sky Train, and lots of good takeout restaurants, excellent tailors, and shopping malls. Ten minute walk from Bumrungrad hospital (#1 in Thailand) for any plastic surgery 😀, dental, etc. you may need. On a quiet street. The staff who work there, are wonderfully helpful and super nice people. The apartments are modern, have a good kitchen and w/d. The roof pool REALLY helps on hot, muggy days. Have stayed 2x for 3 weeks each time.

I liked everything, a lot.

The room comes with a washing machine that includes drying options, as well as a rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and a standard-sized refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cooking pans, and other essentials. One of the key advantages is its convenient location, being very close to Nana BTS station, 7-Eleven, restaurants, money exchange services, fruit carts, and more. It is family friendly.

I like everything except they provide room cleaning service once in three days. However, they provide towels everyday upon requests. Other than this I like everything about 18 residence.

As promised — a clean facility with friendly, helpful staff in an excellent location (just a 2-minute stroll to the Nana BTS station (yes, at night the stroll takes you past a slightly seedy group of bars, but everyone is friendly)). The exercise room was a bit better than expected, if basic, and the rooftop pool is nice. Very nice washing machine in the room.

It's a bit timeworn, so there are blemishes here and there — the shower stall seal was installed backwards and needed to be replaced, for example. But nothing egregious or unpleasant, and the price was great. The lighting options were a little disappointing, mostly overhead, so it was a bit hard to read at night without having the room blazing bright.

Good sized apartment in a convenient location to Sukhumvit road and BTS Station. Having a washing machine is always good.

Room was never cleaned by housekeeping despite putting the sign on the door. I had to restock water and toilet roll at my own expense. Tv channels didn't work but I had my tablet so didn't mind too much. No washing up liquid to do dishes.

The location of this hotel was really useful area. There are some supermarket, 7/11, and restaurants. It was so easy for us to take a taxi and explore the city. The room was also good. We could make our meals in the room and wash our clothes every day.

The area is kind of party and night out area so it was a little bit busy and noisy at night. Probably it’s not a good area for girls at night.

Everything was good. but what I didn’t like is their rules, they clean the room after every 3 days, also there is one of the girl receptionists whose behavior I didn’t like for example whenever I asked for something she was always busy with her phone and behaved she didn’t want to listen what I want to say. And when we are going to check out from the hotel, they said we lost 1 of their spoons and for that, they charge 200 Thai baht. I was so unhappy with that because I did not even know I lost it or its already not there while I am check in. In the end, there was one of their male receptionists who was so much polite with everything thing.

It was so convenient! The Nana station, 7 Eleven, Boots and other pharmacies are just outside the accommodation. The Sukhumvit night market is just there too! Lots of food around. Also walking distance to Terminal 21!! Lots of cafes as well. Although the red light district is just there, its not messy nor noisy. I loved the studio we stayed! Glad we had a living room and kitchenette. Housekeeping was easy and requesting for things like toilet paper or extra pillows is as easy, as I get to text the reception on WhatsApp! They are very helpful and very responsive!

Good location if you want to stay in a quite neighbourhood. Although the next streets have all the amenities. There are some bars at the road end. Apartment was very beautiful with comfortable beds and all necessary equipments in the kitchen.
