Great location. Modern hotel. Nice decor. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic with a great selection The family room with bunk beds for our kids Great staff - happy to help us with a late checkout - stored our bags, let us use the pool, organised a taxi - special shout out to Ken at the front desk.

It was all good, my family was very happy here and I'd recommend the hotel to any family visiting Bangkok.

A spacious room albeit a little dated it served me perfectly well. A huge bathroom! The restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty awesome with a wide range of Thai and international food to choose from. Easy walking distance from the Nana BTS stop on Sukhumvit. Super friendly staff from security guards, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, and reception staff.

I had a problem with the automatic light in the entrance to the room which took two days to repair. The light intermittently switched off and on during the first two nights which woke me up all night. I reported it after the first night and had to report it again the after the next night on interrupted sleep.

Location was good

I didn’t like the attitude of a gentleman at the reception when I asked for a late check out, although we had a long stay and it’s clear the place wasn’t that busy

Location. Lobby. Silence. Privacy.

No free toiletries available in the bathroom. Rush for checking out, maybe rude way by telephone. Long time checking in. For the low season price/night still high (and higher than the value).

1. The rooms were spacious, they put in an extra bed and a baby cot and still there was space to move around. 2. There were a variety of shops and restaurants of varied cuisines around, as well as spas and massage centers. 3. Proximity to BTS station.`

1. The night streets were filled with people smoking marijuana, its was very smelly. 2. The night streets were filled with local escorts which is not a safe or healthy environment for children to be in.

Initially I was refunded check in because I didn't have my passport with me. I explained that I live here, have stayed in that hotel without my passport before. The Duty Manager suddenly got rude and aggressive with we, there was no need for that. A GSA stepped in and helped me out. I should have just walked the 100 feet to a different hotel. I have stayed with you before, but never again at that location

How unnecessarily rude the Duty Manager was. My Mother didn't get to talk to me like that, I don't know why your staff member thought that was okay. I will not be back to this hotel... Shame, really nice place too...

Not many hotels have family room. I’m glad that they have family room with reasonable pricing. The room is located near the top floor, so the noise from the nearby pubs cant be heard. The housekeeper is accomodating to our adhoc cleaning request before we left the room for outing. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Whenever we alight from the cab at night, the hotel staff would shine light into the car seats to endure nothing is left behind. My friend had accidentally triggered his old leg injury nearing to the checkout time. The hotel staff provides wheelchair and assist in pushing it to our hired vehicle.

The mattress is too soft and sunken due to wear and tear and it is very difficult to sleep with good posture. The hotel location is good but the nearby pubs ruin it with loud noise and rowdy crowds at night.

The pool area was clean, a good size and always had available beds. However very noisy given the location and construction/road noise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room extremely quiet with good air con. The room size was also excellent.

Smack bang in one of the busiest areas of town so getting around by taxi can take a while if you are traveling further afield.

I really liked the room, the air conditioning, the comfortable bed, the deluxe breakfast and the very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel location is great for sightseeing and nights out. We only stayed two nights so we saw the best of the hotel.

Nothing bad to report. Our room faced away from the main road, so the local nighttime music and noise never reached us when we slept.

I stay at this hotel regularly. It is in a great location, and it is easy to find what you want on foot. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Terminal 21 and Bumrumgrat Hospital, which is very useful. The best beds in Bangkok, I always sleep well in this hotel.

I always criticise the dining facility and it does not improve. The menu is poor, and breakfast is just tolerable. The outside area allows smoking to penetrate the inside area and spoil dinner/lunch/ breakfast. The staff are not as well trained as the rest of the hotel.
