Great location, cute pool area that was open til late so nice atmosphere at 8pm for a night swim: great lobby and little kids colouring area and whilst we didn’t use the roof top bar we went to have a look and it was pretty special

For the size of this property, the pool and rooftop area was TINY in comparison. Just 5 loungers and a small round table with 3 chairs. Do not expect empty loungers when you visit - you may need to return a few times.

The location is excellent for shopping around Phrom Pong BTS station and easy access to public transport. Room was well appointed. Stylish. Bedding was very nice. Everything was very clean. Safe worked well.

I was on the 27th floor, just under the outdoor bar/cafe. It was a bit noisy with music and other noises from the bar just a bit above my head, I think that this floor is not so suitable for people who may wish to sleep early or have young children/or are jetlagged and need quiet.

This is our second stay at the hotel. The location is in an excellent location - close to transport, shopping and sights. The staff are fabulous . It's very friendly and homey. Gave great advice on what sights to see. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety available. They also cater for vegetarians which we really appreciated,. The chefs were very responsive to our needs. In fact, all of the staff were very helpful - reception, housekeeping, kitchen. The room was really clean and contained everything we needed.

We were assigned a corner room with a great view. That said, the couch/spare bed was very uncomfortable. It was not really intended to be used a bed. The breakfast was nice, while fairly reasonably priced. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Location was great, easy to access the BTS in Bangkok.

The staff on check out could have been a bit more proactive and their taxi/hotel car to the airport was driven by an angry guy. Not sure why he was angry but he was. Could not get us out of the car fast enough. Weird. Pool on the 19th floor was a bit small. having to take two elevators to get to our floor. The building is set up to accommodate high floors, low floors. The Reception is actually on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The location is great. It is en excellent starting point to explore Bangkok. Very good breakfast and nice roof top bar. The hotel itself is not exceptional, but meets or exceeds all requirements for a very nice and comfortable stay for a family looking for upscale without being luxurious.

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, room very clean, hotel well located. We were there for one night and just passing through Bangkok, perfect for that!

Sunbeds at the pool for the number of guests far too few, unfortunately.

Room - The spaciousness and well-thought-out layout of the room, ample storage. Service - attentive and friendly staff, early check-in was accommodated, express check-out. Location - close to BTS, Emquartier, and lots of eateries. A better alternative to the busier Asoke and Siam areas.

Sewer smell from the bathroom.

Room was larger than usual, bathroom was spacious, water pressure strong, bed great. This hotel does not have all the frills, but what they do have is done very well, from breakfast to facilities to service. All the people from the front desk to the doormen to the servers were polite, extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Location was great as well since it is a few steps from Emporium, a great mall with a fantastic food court (cheap eats with Michelin marks!), which has access to the BTS Sukumvit line.
