Great location, cute pool area that was open til late so nice atmosphere at 8pm for a night swim: great lobby and little kids colouring area and whilst we didn’t use the roof top bar we went to have a look and it was pretty special

For the size of this property, the pool and rooftop area was TINY in comparison. Just 5 loungers and a small round table with 3 chairs. Do not expect empty loungers when you visit - you may need to return a few times.

The location is excellent for shopping around Phrom Pong BTS station and easy access to public transport. Room was well appointed. Stylish. Bedding was very nice. Everything was very clean. Safe worked well.

I was on the 27th floor, just under the outdoor bar/cafe. It was a bit noisy with music and other noises from the bar just a bit above my head, I think that this floor is not so suitable for people who may wish to sleep early or have young children/or are jetlagged and need quiet.

The location is great. It is en excellent starting point to explore Bangkok. Very good breakfast and nice roof top bar. The hotel itself is not exceptional, but meets or exceeds all requirements for a very nice and comfortable stay for a family looking for upscale without being luxurious.

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, room very clean, hotel well located. We were there for one night and just passing through Bangkok, perfect for that!

Sunbeds at the pool for the number of guests far too few, unfortunately.

Room - The spaciousness and well-thought-out layout of the room, ample storage. Service - attentive and friendly staff, early check-in was accommodated, express check-out. Location - close to BTS, Emquartier, and lots of eateries. A better alternative to the busier Asoke and Siam areas.

Sewer smell from the bathroom.

Room was comfortable, air con didn't seem to get cold enough. The shower was powerful. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The roof top bar is cool and drinks were reasonably priced. Good massage parlours within 5 minute walk.

You have to pay a 1000 bhat deposit which I thought was a bit silly for the money you pay per night. The area is nice surrounding the hotel but very busy if you want to get a taxi anywhere.

Room was larger than usual, bathroom was spacious, water pressure strong, bed great. This hotel does not have all the frills, but what they do have is done very well, from breakfast to facilities to service. All the people from the front desk to the doormen to the servers were polite, extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Location was great as well since it is a few steps from Emporium, a great mall with a fantastic food court (cheap eats with Michelin marks!), which has access to the BTS Sukumvit line.

We travelled as a family with 2 young girls aged 9 and 12. The room was more than adequate for us all to stay for just the 2 nights. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Pool and roof top bar were also great. Towels provided for the pool and for the bar you must all were clothing that covers the knee and no oped toe shoes are allowed. No children also after 8pm in the bar. Location is great just a short 7-8min walk to the BTS and if you go to the end of Soi 24 and turn left then walk approximately 10mins there is a massive food hall and shopping centre called EMAPHERE. It will blow your mind!
