The room was very well appointed. Everything is either brand new or very new. Whisper quiet A/C. The shower is excellent, with a choice of "rainfall" or normal. I had a room with no window, so was expecting (hoping) for quiet, but no such lick. The hotel, and the room, is poorly sound-proofed, and all noises from outside of the room can be heard. The location is not so good. Way down Soi 22 and into the Thai "zone". Nothing wrong with that per se, but there is really nothing to do or see in the hotel vicinity. It's at last a 20 minute walk to "civilisation". There is an excellent coffee shop just two doors away, and a "Lawsons" on the corner of the small Soi that the hotel is in. Staff are excellent, and very helpful.

Sound-proofing.

I recently stayed at Arawana Express for six nights, and it was another excellent experience. The hotel is in a great location, tucked in a quiet neighborhood with a Lawson and a coffee shop right next door—super convenient! Check-in was smooth, and my room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with high-tech amenities. It had a dedicated workstation, a locker, a fridge, and even an oven. The powerful AC and large windows provided ample sunlight, making the space comfortable and airy. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily, and the staff was consistently kind and helpful. This was my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it, especially for long stays. I’ll definitely be back again!

Check-In was easy and the room was nice with lots of windows as we were in the corner room. The bathroom was big enough to comfortably shower and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs where you can do your laundry for a small amount of money (~80 baht). If you want, they make up your room, change your towels and leave you with fresh water bottles everyday.

Maybe avoid drying light-coloured clothes in the dryer as it left some of my shirts with spots all over from leftover dust from previous loads. The elevator is a wild ride but does work as it should. We chose to only take the stairs after riding it the first time though :)

We would stay here again. The room and the bathroom is large. Two people can stay in the room comfortably. The unique hand sink in the room makes it very convenient. All rooms should be designed this way.

Cons Internet - connect up to 2 devices, can be slow at times. Thin walls - during our stay, most hotel guests were quiet. Slow elevator - we used the stairs instead. The cons are totally acceptable at this hotel price range.

The property is in the quieter area in Sukhumvit. It has a coffee shop and laundry shop beside the building which was very helpful. Emsphere is very walkable from the property, and one grab bike away for about 25baht. The room I booked was very clean, very comfy and spacious enough for a solor traveller. The shower had water heater, AC functioning well, wifi also pretty decent. Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff is welcoming.

The elevator is pretty slow and you will hear it from your room everytime someone uses it.

Great location. The room was comfortable with great lighting and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries. Felt very safe in and around the hotel as a solo travel

The windows on the street side were only single lined and was very noisy 24/7. Difficult to sleep through the night. And the floors of the bathroom was not slip proof and could very well be an accident to happen.

I still got a room around 4am after I missed my flight back home. Very friendly and proactive staff. The room seems spotless and the bed is pretty comfortable.

I could not pay the room with my credit card, cash only. Now, the elevator is something else: slowest and loudest elevator I ever used. Seems like it is powered by a pickup winch or hydraulic pump (?). Also no door on the thing. Taking the stairs is so much faster, but I can't complain since it is a max of 3 levels in the building. Just a bit odd (might as well be positive, since I experienced sth interesting)

the room looks very high tech with even a digital lighting of the small bedside cabinet and the back panel of the bed ... and the mirror has the same lightening system I didn't have time for breakfast ( so comments not applicable )

the location is not central to Sukhumwhit main so it's better to know the Bangkok city ... anyway it's not far from the subway and from any tuk tuk or taxi drivers that work with the hotel . it's a quiet place for business traveller

There is a poor seal on the door that lets a lot of light in and unfortunately a lot of noise from the other guests coming and going. The hotel also has one of those annoying power systems that requires your keycard stay in the door so I wasn't able to charge my power bank while I was out

Very Convenient location, close to all main malls, Queen Sirikit convention center etc.. Has a 7/11 within 2 mins walking distance and a mobike taxi park just opposite the hotel. Also the rooms were spotlessly clean and very helpful staff who can also communicate well in English. Well worth the cost spent.

Nothing much to be picky about. The elevator is a bit slow
