One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Responsive staff, ready to help with non-standard problems. Comfortable room with a kitchen, microwave, modern washer-dryer, smart heated toilet, and two zoned air conditioners. The air conditioners are very quiet and do not disturb your sleep like in other hotels. Good and stable wi-fi. On the 33rd floor there is a beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view and a gym. A restaurant with a terrace on the 28th floor, also with a beautiful view. The rooms were cleaned every day, there were no complaints. A couple of issues were corrected within an hour of our request. Good location of the hotel, the subway is right next to it. The hotel also has a spa, which we took advantage of and were pleased with.

Large kitchen, but small bedroom. The windows are not soundproofed, so we could hear the highway. There is a large flat-screen TV, but not a smart. So we couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix on it.

Amazing staff - they were super helpful and anticipated what I needed, very impressed. Room was spacious and comfortable. You can't get a better location if you love the park and want to have access to all the food options in the convention center. Also being right next to the metro line makes it super easy to get around the city and avoid traffic.

Still lots of earthquake damage, which is expected, but they never mentioned all the cracks in the walls in the room. When I messaged them about the safety of the building structure, they did not respond. So they can do better with letting people know if the big cracks are superficial and it would help to tell customers if the building has passed inspection of structural damage after the earthquake. Also the lights in the elevator have been broken for weeks so you can hardly see anything, even the buttons for which floor to press.

Close to Metro station. Nice rooms. We got upgraded so that was awesome! We had a washing machine in the room but no cleaning detergent, no soap for the kitchen sink or a sponge. But the room was lovely, and we enjoyed it. The pool was also great with only 4 sunbeds. Staff were very responsive and cooperative and spoke English which was great. Spa prices were very high. It was very convenient in location to the conference place. Had a nice and quiet stay.

Breakfast could become better. Spa rates were expensive.

- I noticed insects and cockroaches on several occasions in my room. Other that that, the room was clean. - I would recommend having some basic instruction sheets available in the rooms for how to operate the washing machine/dryer etc as it took a bit of figuring out. Maybe the hotel front desk could also have small packets of washing detergent available for purchase for use in the washing machine.

The hotel is located in the convention district of the city, so it is a little far away from touristy things to do. However, it is very close to a MRT station, which is a great way to get around the city without encountering traffic. The hotel is also very close to shopping areas, as they were a short 15 minute taxi ride away. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the rooms are well-appointed. For anything that is missing from the rooms, a quick call to the reception sorts it right out. The room was spacious and we were very comfortable during our stay. There is a restaurant and spa on the premises as well.

It was tricky for us to operate some of the equipment in the room. The washer-dryer for example didn't have any instructions, and every setting left us with damp clothes. Oddly enough the machine was out on a balcony of sorts also. Similar sort of thing happened with the exhaust over the cooktop, and the cooktop itself. There weren't any instructions, nor did anyone explain how to use the appliances when we checked in. There was a lot of frustration, trial and error, and finally multiple calls to housekeeping to sort it out. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences in a largely lovely hotel.

Great hotel with spectacular infinity pool and bar on the roof. The view over Bangkok is unique. Very comfortable, clean and large rooms. The bed is very comfortable and the room amenities are good. Just around the corner is a good but expensive restaurant called "El Mercado".

Unfortunately, the staff speaks extremely poor English, which made communication difficult. We had to organise the taxi ourselves and there were no tips on surrounding sights. The location of the hotel is not ideal. The metro is close by. However, there are no sights in this district. The bar on the roof was too air-conditioned and there was an unpleasant smell.

Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from QSNCC metro station (ignore Google maps for walking directions, just across the road!). Lots of nice food places in the convention centre across the road and nearby 7eleven. Swimming pool was nice as was the gym. Room itself felt very spacious, clean and it was great to have a washing machine/dryer. Good WiFi!

Kitchen situation is so so. Whilst there is a two hob electric stovetop there cooking equipment is very poor. There are a couple of sauce pans and a frying pan but not much else. Spent a long time on the phone to reception trying to convince them to give us a knife and a chopping board (they kept saying they couldn't because it was a security risk???) Eventually they gave in. Housekeeping left the rubbish bags in the room after making it but but that is minor. Note the swimming pool only has 4 chairs beside it and it can get quite crowded. Also note use of spa facilities e.g. Sauna is not included in your booking

The rooms have everything you need, even a washing machine to do your own laundry. The room service is great and the restaurant in the hotel is pretty decent.

The location wasn't the best, I chose this hotel to be close to the Conference center, but due to the highway in the middle it's still a 15 mins walk (not a nice walk) to get there. It might have been better to book something on the other side of the conference venue

The location of this hotel is very close to the MRT station of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). It is super convenient for business trip to attend conference or exhibition at QSNCC. However, the location close to MRT also make it a good choice for sightseeing trip.

We stayed multiple days at this hotel o attend conference or exhibition at QSNCC but sometimes the housekeeper forgot to replenish drip coffee bags. When we came back to the room after a shole day work, we had to call the desk to ask them to replenish drip coffee bags.
