-superb location, stone throw to MRT QSNCC -the opposite is the building with coffee places, many reataurant, thus you cab enjoy breakfast, brunch, dinner in walking distance - you can also walking to the QSNCC park, - I got room with west view on 11 floor, with the park view - room is 25sqm but great layout, kind of sound proof i guess - big bathroom with shower - hair drier, free 2 bottles drinking water - desk and chair to enjoy the view - air con is great - netflix - good internet - loads of parking lot

It has everything including laundry and gym. Located next to Prince Sirikit MRT and 7 eleven is is the same building company. It was very convenient to connect with the cities if anyone knows how to use BTS and MRT. Breakfast was good. I was given a city view. They have facilities to keep luggage at free of cost and it was ok when I checked in again. I will come again 😊

Unlike many other places, if anyone does not like to take MRT or hesitate to walk bit but wanna enjoy nightlife, this is not the right place.

Modena is a very good hotel with a location close to the metro station. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and was also very clean (the cleaning was done every day) Very kind and helpful staff which allow us to get an early check-in after a long flight.

I had a wonderful stay at Modena. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were great. The hotel's location was convenient, and the facilities, including the fitness centre were excellent. I highly recommend Modena for a pleasant stay.

The location couldn't have been more convenient, right beside the metro station. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. Additionally, having a convenience store just a minute away was incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs.

Hotel was modern. Room is very clean. Location was excellent, next to BTS station, not far from Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy, Nana plaza. Very nice gym as a gym lover, with city view, adequate equipment for full body workout, machines were well maintained, really enjoy the workout there every morning.

Limited choices for breakfast as a 4 star hotel. Would be perfect if there were swimming pool.

I was not refunded the deposit that was charged at check-in. I also did not get a refund for the massage - I did not receive this service. I wrote to the post office and was told to wait 30 days. A month has passed, but the money has still not been returned.

Cleanliness and the room is spacious.

The path towards Metro is quite a distance. It will be more convenient if they shorten the distance especially if we have to walk back to the hotel late at night after the concert at QNSCC They should consider to reduce the cost for the laundry and dryer to pay 270 baht in total is costly if compared to the coin laundry outside

Location was not very convenient. After 8.30pm, minimal eating options. Room was quite small for Bangkok standards. Breakfast was adequate, but below par for Bangkok standard. U$150 per night (excluding breakfast) was quite a lot for this.

Excellent location, Queen Sirikit metro station is right in front. 7eleven and few restaurants available within the area. Khlong Toi market is across the street. The staff is always ready with a smile and to assist with queries. Room has sweeping views of the city. I am sensitive to light and loved that they had blackout curtains.

The pantry area in the room had a colony of red ants. To the credit of the staff, they did try to resolve it by cleaning it up and applying insecticide gels but the issue persisted. I suppose they could only do a thorough check after we left. The breakfast buffet while delicious, was the same everyday for the 4 days we stayed.

This hotel is very close to the MRT station of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Just walk in 5 miniutes to the MRT station and 10 miniutes to the QSNCC. The room is not big but very cozy and clean. The breakfast is good. Staffs are all friendly and polite.
